Abstract:
The Covid-19 outbreak and the enactment of restrictions on community activities have had many impacts, one of which is the change in teaching methods from offline learning or face-to-face activities to online learning or distance learning. These changes can affect the learning process, especially subjects related to business practices, such as entrepreneurship. In online learning, several factors contribute to the successful delivery of online courses. However, little is known about the impact of these factors on Indonesian students' interest in entrepreneurship. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of personal attitude and e-learning on interest in entrepreneurship in the Covid-19 pandemic era. Data was collected through an online survey of 190 students who were taking entrepreneurship courses at selected universities in Yogyakarta. Data collected through online surveys were analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) 3.0. The results of this study found that interest in entrepreneurship is significantly influenced by personal attitude and e-learning. This study also found that perceived learning was not able to moderate the effect of e-learning on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract:
The financial performance of a bank can be measured through ROA. Bank Indonesia as a supervisory and supervisory institution prioritizes greater profitability, namely the Return on Asset (ROA) of a bank, so banks need to know what factors can affect the ROA of a bank. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA) with Net Interest Margin (NIM) as a mediating variable. The sample of this research consists of Bank Mandiri, Bank BNI, Bank BRI, and Bank BTN for the period 2015-2019. The research methods used include descriptive statistical analysis, outer model analysis, and inner model analysis. The results of this study indicate that NPL does not affect NIM, while LDR has a significant effect on NIM. Furthermore, NPL has a significant effect on ROA, while LDR does not affect ROA. This study also proves that NIM has a significant effect on ROA, but NIM does not mediate the effect of NPL on ROA, and NIM can mediate the effect of LDR on ROA.

Abstract:
Fundamental analysis of companies with financial ratios is essential in making investment decisions for any company. Therefore, to obtain maximum profit, investors need to perform a study before making investment decisions. This research aims to examine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Book Value (PBV), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on the stock price. The research at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, a sub-sector of food and beverage companies, period five years (2014-2018). The sample of this study amounted to 12 companies from 26 companies in the population of food and beverage companies that have met the researchers' criteria. Data analysis with bootstrapping used SEM (statistical equation modeling) in hypothesis testing. The research findings confirmed the significant effect of Earning per Share, Price to Book Value, and Dividend Payout Ratio on stock prices. Meanwhile, the Net Profit Margin does not significantly affect stock prices in the study period, with an alpha significance of five percent. These findings imply practical implications that EPS, PBV, DPR, and NPM ratio information can be considered in investment decisions for anyone.

Abstract:
Revitalization is one of the government programs to re-empower rural cooperative (KUD) in Indonesia. Revitalization for inactive KUD has the purpose to reactivate KUD although the outcome is highly dependent on the conditions of the KUD as well as the internal support of the KUD. This study was conducted in two inactive KUDs in Pati Regency, Central Java namely KUD Sedyo Rukun Juwana and KUD Sukolilo. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Interviews and focus group discussion (FGD) was performed to collect data. The study aims to describe the conditions and the implementation of a revitalization program in both KUD. The results showed that both KUDs do not play a role as cooperative anymore. One of the indicators is that both KUDs has not carried out annual member meetings (RAT) for more than three years. Revitalization of KUD Sedyo Rukun Juwana was conducted by reorganizing and strengthening institutions through RAT. Conversely, the activation of KUD Sukolilo is nearly possible due to the complexity of the problem within the KUD. Liquidation of KUD Sukolilo can be an option to make clear the status of KUD. However, from a legal perspective, KUD Sukolilo cannot be dissolved because they experienced an inability to pay bad credit from the government.

Abstract:
Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) is a sharia cooperative that is able to reach up to economic actors of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Itqan BMT members in Bandung who use Itqan Mobile are far less than the number of members who do not use them. The purpose of this study was to examine the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) on users of users and not users of Itqan Mobile on Itqan BMTs in Bandung. UTAUT is a theory that is widely adopted in studies of user acceptance of a technology. The method used in this research is regression analysis followed by path analysis. Regression analysis was carried out in two stages. The result of regression I research is that effort expectations show a positive and significant role on the behavioral intentions of members using Itqan Mobile, while performmmance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions do not contribute to the behavioral intentions Itqan Mobile. The results of regression II research indicate that performance expectations and effort expectations have not role in the behavior intentions Itqan Mobile. Furthermore, the results of the study also prove that performance expectations, effort expectations, social influences, and facilitating conditions show an indirect effect on the behavior of Itqan Mobile users which is mediated by behavioral intentions of using it.

Abstract:
The industrial revolution 4.0 presents challenges that must be faced by the business world, namely the lack of adequate HR (Human Resource) skills, the problem of security of communication technology, the reliability of the stability of production machines, the inability to change by stakeholders, and the number of job losses due to automation. Society 5.0 offers a human-centered society that makes a balance between economic progress and the resolution of social problems through a system that is highly connected through cyberspace and the real world. If society 4.0 allows anyone to access also share information on the internet. Society 5.0 is an era where all technology is part of humanity itself. To take advantage of opportunities and answer the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0, Indonesian people in particular are required to have data, technology and human literacy capabilities. Data literacy is needed by HR to improve skills in processing and analyzing big data for the benefit of improving public and business services. Technology literacy shows the ability to utilize digital technology to process data and information, while human literacy must be mastered because it shows the element of soft skills or the development of individual character to be able to collaborate, be adaptive, and innovative. Indonesia is demanded to be able to follow industry 4.0 workflows juxtaposed with society 5.0. The need for human resources in several business fields is still very massive if all of them are carried out by robotics. Indonesia is a developing country with a fairly dense population that is certainly able to align between the needs of industry 4.0 and society 5.0. Leadership in organizations must stay alive so that every innovative competitive strategy is able to run with the existing vision. To go to the era of society 5.0 the government is obliged to continuously control it.

Abstract:
The growth of the Islamic economy is currently growing rapidly. This can be seen from the number of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that adopt the principles of Islamic business. Sharia MSME is a means of creating jobs and encouraging economic progresses, and advancing private sector businesses. The emergence of many new entrepreneurs who adopted the sharia system in Aceh becomes a great opportunity as a center for sharia products. Not only sharia products, Sharia MSMEs more broadly include the application of the Islamic financial system, including culture, entertainment, lifestyle, and tourism. The need for Aceh's flagship products wrapped in nuances of Islamic principles is still very limited in Aceh. It becomes an obstacle to make Aceh as a tourist destination with Islamic principles. The number of embroidery craftsmen is still less compared to the number of requests. This condition is based on the work that is still traditional and has not used a computerized machine yet. The limitations of human resource capabilities often become obstacles for using technology, production processes, and business development. The increase in sharia tourism will have a positive impact on the improvement of sharia MSMEs. This can be seen from the level of creativity, knowledge, and marketing according to tourist demand. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence of creativity, knowledge, and marketing to the improvement of Islamic MSMEs. Abstract:
This study uses objects in one of the Batik industries in Tuban, which is currently experiencing a fairly rapid growth in the increasingly competitive business environment. The focus of this research is on employee performance. This study aims to investigate the mechanism between empowering leadership and perceived organiza-tional support for employee performance by using self efficacy as mediation and knowledge sharing as a moderator. This quantitative study is based on data collected using questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents of UKM Batik HM. Sholeh emplo-yees and using partial least square (PLS) technique for data analysis. In the results of the analysis using PLS, it was found that self-efficacy mediates the relationship of empowering leadership and perceived organizational support for employee perfor-mance. In addition, the role of knowledge sharing moderates or strengthens the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance. Training of need analysis is necessary according to the more dynamic movement of the business world, especially in the batik industry. It is a rapidly growing industry, both from competitors and the technology used. So in this case, an innovation is also necessary to be able to compete effectively and to fill consumers’ needs.
