Abstract:
Bankcruptcy is a very important problem, in which every company should be aware of. It is very important to detect the signs of the coming bankruptcy of the company as soon as possible in order to take effective action to avoid it. One popular model to do so is Z-score, a statistical model to predict bankruptcy based on company financial performance. This paper deals with the analysis of the financial performance of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. However, in previous research it was found that there is no strong correlation between the companies financial performance with their stock prices, thus encouraging further research. In this research, the analysis focused on the influence of the financial ratio-ratio (X1) Ratio net working capital / total assets, (X2) Ratio of retained earnings / total assets, (X3) Ratio of earnings before interest and taxes / total assets, (X4) Ratio of market value equity / book value of total debt, and (X5) Total sales / Total assets) to the stock price. Apparently based on classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and F-Test , it was found that there is no significant effect between the financial value of ratio-ratio simultaneously with their stock prices, and the ratio of total sales / total assets is the most dominant variable influence.

Abstract:
A tendency to compare between our output and other’s output, unfortunately, is evident on nearly every employee. A source of this tendency is the psychological contract between employee and organization. Based on that psychological contract, employees often felt that they were treated unfairly by organization compared to other employees. This kind of comparison phenomenon – known as wang sinawang (Javanese) – sadly is because the employee’s inability to compare objectively. This essay is addressed to discuss the psychological contract and strategy to make comparison more objectively through the equity theory. It is because almost all of employees – including ourselves – tend to compare to each other in daily activities.

However this problem can actually be solved if local government designed and implemented comprehensive and serious policies to battle poverty. Especially with democratic-governance based policies, which based on local-resources and local-wisdoms. This research is focused onto local governments' effort in battling poverty. This research was done on two regions which acted as samples, the region of Kendal, and the region of Deli Serdang. Based on this research, it can be qualitatively shown that policies that conform to the approach of democraticgovernance, which based on region's local-resources and local-wisdoms, are considerably effective in helping the local governments in their effort of battling poverty in their regions.

Abstract:
Poverty eradication programmes so far did not work effectively because it cannot distinguish between the Fungsi Sebab (F1, Cause Function) with the Fungsi Akibat (F2, Result Function) from poverty. Poverty more responded according to the framework Fungsi Akibat (F2), so the causes of poverty not much cared for, and any attempt at tackling poverty in the end will always be charity. This article tries to assert the importance of proposing and the distinction between Fungsi Sebab (F1) and Fungsi Akibat (F2) to understand and explain the phenomenon of poverty, especially those occur among farmers.
