Abstract:
Madrasah performance dominantly to date is very low and below the standard of other educational institutions. Only a small number of Islamic education are able to compete with other educational institutions. Seeing such a phenomenon is interesting to conduct an assessment of the conditions and problems that are actually faced by Islamic education institutions in Indonesia. Research is a literature research with the focus of the study of the implications of regional autonomy policies in the management of Islamic educational institutions, while the object to be studied is the implications of the regional autonomy policy in the management of Islamic educational institutions, with the procedure for obtaining data on researchers using literature. The data obtained will be identified, examined, analyzed, and interpreted so that the substance of the implications of regional autonomy policies in the management of Islamic educational institutions can be captured. After that, researchers will try to compare with other theories, to achieve a complete picture of the implications of regional autonomy policies in the management of Islamic educational institutions. The results of the study that the presence of madrasas in Indonesia has the same duties and roles as schools. As an educational institution that prepares the young generation of Muslims for the future, madrassas are expected to be able to produce graduates who will be able to play an important role in all sectors of national life, both the religious, social, economic, political, scientific and technology sectors. Madrasas are seeded than public schools because madrasas provide religious education (which is better than public schools) in addition to public education (which is the same as public schools). The problem that is still faced by madrasas today is the still low quality standards of general education provided in madrasas. Problems in the management of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia faced, are (1) management problems which include the field of human resources/education personnel, curriculum fields, facilities and infrastructure; (2) Conceptual-Teoritis and Operational-Practical Problems; and (3) the problem of education policies and politics. Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effects of a program based on a progressive increase in the number of nage-komi repetitions (throws) on a specific judo fitness test (SJFT). The research was conducted on a total of 20 respondents. In SJFT for research purposes, 12 variables. Descriptive statistics and paired t-tests for dependent samples of initial and final testing were used for data processing. The results of the study showed significant statistical deviations in the number of throws in the first 15 seconds, with the pulse measured immediately after testing and the SJFT index (p <005). There is a noticeable need for a table to classify SJFT results for young judoists. Based on the obtained results, we can conclude that the programmed activity had positive effects on the results of the SJFT, ie that the index was statistically significantly lower in the final than in the initial testing. Taking into account the results obtained, calculated by the SPSS 22 t-test for dependent variables, the values ??of the young judoist index and the values ??of the senior index show noticeable differences. While their results can be classified into appropriate categories, the results of young judoists can be classifieclassifiedrity, under, ad and the rest as very bad. Some results could not even be ranked, so we conclude that it is necessary to make tables for classifying the results of young judoists. The obtained results can be used as guidelines for more efficient programming of the training process. Keywords: cadets, judo, juniors, SJFT test, training.

Abstract:
Emha Ainun Nadjib's poem "The Sajak of Falling in Love" and Sapardi Djoko Damono's "Small Poem About Love" have many similarities and contrasts, which the authors of this study try to describe. Focus will be placed on comparing the poetic structure of the two works as part of a comparative literary study. This study uses a comparative research technique. Reading, listening, taking notes, and copying were used to obtain the data in this study. After all the data is collected, the data reduction process begins. It's time to examine the data we've collected and categorize it to make a final decision about what research we're going to do next. The hypogram is found in Emha Ainun Nadjib's poem "The Poem of Falling in Love", while the transformation is found in Sapardi Djoko Damono's poem "Little Poetry About Love". The two poems have the same meaning, each of which tells about true love for the Almighty or true love for the Almighty in general. There are several similarities and differences between the two literary works, which lie in the theme, taste, tone, word and image. In addition to the similarities, there are also differences in them, namely mandate, rhyme, typography, and concrete words. Poems that have been converted into Hipograms, such as the Sajak Falling in Love by Emha Ainun Nadjib, can be compared to see how the weight of emotions can be measured and balanced with other aspects of life. This is why data analysis is currently being carried out. Sapardi Djoko Damono's Little Poem About Love, which emphasizes that one must learn to love oneself first before loving others, became the catalyst for this change.Keyword: Poetry, Comparison, Story

Abstract:
In Malaysia, the implementation of physical education includes an outdoor education syllabus. Outdoor education is found to be a medium for individual development at various levels of educational institutions, including schools. Mental toughness is one of the major aspects of the psychological development of an individual. There are now numerous studies linking mental toughness with academic performance. One of the mediums for this development is the implementation of outdoor education. The nature of outdoor education is found to have a very high potential to support the development of mental toughness among students. However, a lack of specific adventure-based mental toughness models has been developed. This study attempted to develop the Adventure-based Mental Toughness Model (AbMTM) and was guided based on the modified Design and Development Research (Saedah, Muhammad, & Rozaine, 2020). A total of 507 (N=507) respondents from several educational institutions in Malaysia were involved as respondents for the validity examination through the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach. As a result, AbMTM recorded significant Goodness of Fit (GoF) (X2= 1.904; p =.000; GFI=.839; AGFI=.792; NFI=.815; TLI=.924; CFI=.931; RMSEA= .050). This study’s findings are considered a new horizon of outdoor education implementation and advancing the current practice in Malaysia. Abstract:
Survey of sports and health physical education facilities and infrastructure in MA Ar-Ridlo, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency, 2021/2022 Academic Year. The formulation of the problem in this study is to find out exactly how many facilities and infrastructure there are in the MA Ar-ridlo school, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency. This research is motivated by a number of problems that exist at the MA Ar-Ridloschool, including that students often experience obstacles in carrying out practice, especially sports because of the very poor comparison between the availability of tools and the number of students. This study aims to explain and describe the situation naturally which is done by providing a systematic and accurate description of the situation or situation in the field, from the ongoing process the research aims to describe exactly the availability of physical education learning facilities and infrastructure through observation. The research method used in this study was interviews with physical education and sports teachers as subjects, totaling 2 people. The data analysis technique in this study is to compare the results of the study, in this case the amount of data on facilities and infrastructure with the regulatory standards set by the government ministry of education. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive type of research. According to Sugiyono (2013) if you look at the data, then data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources. Thus, the data of this research is descriptive. The data obtained include interview transcripts (interview results), field notes, photos, personal documents, and various other supporting data. Based on the results of data analysis and discussions that have been carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that the physical education facilities and infrastructure at MA Ar-Ridlo Kranggan, Pekuncen District, Banyumas Regency are not meeting the ideal standard because they are still constrained by the problem of the size of the area/place or land and the lack of financing to buy tools. Data on teaching aids facilities show that the availability of tools is less than 50 percent of the quota set by the government. This situation causes sports education facilities and infrastructure not to comply with the criteria set out in the government's ideal standards in education. The suggestion in this study, from researchers for the MA Ar-Ridlo school, is to immediately complete the facilities and infrastructure in accordance with government regulations, in this case the ministry of education, because with the achievement of school facilities and infrastructure standards that have been set by the government, learning will not experience obstacles and educational goals will be achieved. Abstract:
Eggs are livestock products that are easily contaminated by microbes either directly or indirectly with pollutants from soil, air, water and dust. Eggs if stored at room temperature only last 10-14 days, after that time the eggs undergo changes such as evaporation of water content through the pores of the egg shell which results in a decrease in egg weight, changes in chemical composition and the occurrence of dilution of egg contents. One of the efforts to extend the shelf life of eggs is to provide soaking treatment using citronella leaf extract. Citronella leaves are one of the plants that contain tannins. The most specific characteristic of citronella is antioxidants so that it can be used as a natural preservative to replace synthetic preservatives, because lemongrass contains active components such as geraniol and citranelol, these active components can play an active role so that citronella can be used as a natural preservative. This review aims to provide information and results of research that has been carried out using citronella leaf extract as a natural preservative for eggs by immersion treatment. The author reviews this article by conducting a literature study. The paper was obtained from Rani et al, (2021), the journal is a national journal. The literature was obtained from the online journal site google scholar with the keywords "eggs", "citronella extract", and "soaking". Abstract:
Mother's love doesn't matter, for the sake of her child she is willing to do anything. Including to support the decision of the child who wants to migrate to improve the family economy. A child who went abroad became successful because of his business outside the city and then forgot his mother who was alone at home praying for her child's safety. Although this story has often been heard by the people of Indonesia, it is about a child who disobeys his mother. However, it turns out that this theme is not only found in Indonesia. There are several folk tales with the same theme from various countries, such as Malaysia and Brunei. This is interesting to study because the three folklores are located in different areas with different socio-cultural and economic backgrounds, but have similarities or parallels in story motifs. This study aims to determine the similarities and differences between the folklore "Si Lancang" from Riau, Indonesia, with the story "Nakhoda Manis" from Brunei, and the folktale "Si Tanggang" from Malaysia. The study used in this research is a comparative literary structure study. This study uses a comparative description method. Through comparative literary structural studies, it can be said that these folk tales have similarities in structures such as themes and messages. There are also differences in characters, characteristics, plots, and folklore backgrounds. Keywords: Comparison, structural, folklore.

Abstract:
The development of information technology and the internet is growing. This can be seen by the many places that provide internet facilities to obtain information. One of the uses of the internet in terms of information processing can be applied to the design of a website-based information system. Website-based information systems make it easy to disseminate information quickly and accurately. Based on the interviews conducted, the dissemination of information in Mulyosri Village still uses the manual method, thus making the agency's performance in providing information to the public less than optimal. To overcome this problem, a website-based information system was built to make it easier for the public to access information in Mulyosri Village. The development method used in this research is the waterfall method which consists of five steps of development, namely: (1) Requirement, (2) Design, (3) Implementation, (4) Verification, and (5) Maintenance. The system is made using the PHP programming language and uses a MySQL database. After the information system is complete, blackbox testing is carried out to see the feasibility of the system. This research produces a profile information system in Mulyosri Village that can be used and accessed by Mulyosri Village residents. In addition, based on the results of blackbox testing, it shows that the system has been running well and as expected. Thus it can be said that this system is feasible to use. Abstract:
The recent technological developments are increasingly sophisticated and easy. So that the general public is easier to use. The development of this technology, then scientists are encouraged to create a new technologies. One that is often developed is the sensor. The aim of this research is to make a light sensor that utilizes LED and LDR as its main components. This light sensor can be used as alight measurement sensor from an optical material such as a fiber optic, or something else. The LDR performance testing as a detector is done by varying the light intensity of the hitting LDR. Test results show that the LDR sensitivity used is linear to the light intensity from the light source. Arduino uno is the main component of ADC. The ADC testing is done by varying the voltage on the arduino uno A0 analog pin from 0 V to 5 V in 0.1 V increments. In this research, the straight line equation y = 1.00532x + 0.00221 and R2 = 0.99988. From the this equation, it is known that the value of y is almost the same as the value of x and linearity is almost close to 1. This shows that the ADC output is almost the same as the input voltage. Keywords: Sensor, LED, LDR, Arduino Uno

Abstract:
This study aims to determine (1) the amount of income and income of farmers in the cultivation of corn during one growing season, (2) the amount of R/C of corn business in one growing season. This is done because many farmers have not done farming analysis to find out the profit or loss of corn cultivation starting from the cost of cultivation support equipment, the cost of production facilities, and the cost of the required labor. Farmers in Bocor Village, Buluspeseantren Sub-district, Kebumen Regency, especially in upland areas are able to plant two planting seasons in one year. Moreover, in recent years the selling price of dry shelled corn has been able to penetrate the price of 5000/kg. This research was conducted by interview method directly to one corn farmer. This interview was conducted with the aim of obtaining real data about the costs needed by farmers to cultivate corn in one growing season. The results of this study indicate that the total cost for one planting season is Rp. 20,445,002, - for revenue of Rp. 39,150,000, - so that the income value is Rp. 18,704,978. The amount of R/C in corn farming once a planting season per hectare is 1.91, meaning that for every Rp. 1,- the costs incurred will receive an income of Rp. 1.91,- and an income of Rp. 0.91.-. The analysis of the corn cultivation business shows that the farming is profitable and feasible because the R/C > 1 is 1.91. Keywords: Cultivation, Corn, Capital

Abstract:
The cropping system in rice cultivation is very influential on the components of cultivation and crop production. This influence occurs in light capture for photosynthesis, plant water requirements, nutrient absorption by roots, space availability which determines weed competition with plants, and microclimate under the canopy which affects the development of pests and plant diseases. The jajar legowo planting system gave better yields on the number of tillers, weight of grain per tonne and index of increasing the number of leaves. Another obstacle in Grenggeng Village, Karanganyar District, is the lack of information about new superior varieties of rice and the jajar legowo planting system to farmers so that farmers still plant Ciherang and IR64. For these problems, a solution is needed so that the rice production of farmers in Grenggeng Village, Karanganyar District can increase, namely by introducing new high-yielding varieties of rice by testing the performance of new high-yielding varieties of rice and planting with the jajar legowo planting system. The research was carried out in Grenggeng Village, Karanganyar District, Kebumen Regency from October 2020 to March 2021. A total of seven new high yielding varieties of lowland rice and three farmers' favorite comparison varieties, namely Ciherang, Mekongga, and IR64 were tested in this study. Planting was carried out by transplanting using 25 Days After Sowing (HSS) seeds as much as 1 seed/planting hole with a 4:1 row legowo planting system with a spacing of 25 cm x 12.5 cm x 50 cm on a plot measuring 8 m x 5 m. The study was arranged using a Completely Randomized Block Design with four replications. Keywords: new, rice, system, variety

Abstract:
Rice is a staple food for most Indonesian people. The size of rice consumption (consumer acceptance of rice) is determined by the quality of the rice produced. The fluffier the rice produced tends to be more in demand by the public. Organoleptic tests using panelists (tasters) are often used in assessing the quality of various types of food. The approach with organoleptic assessment is considered the most practical and less costly. The purpose of this study was to determine consumer preferences for several new superior varieties of lowland rice through organoleptic tests of rice and rice. The organoleptic test was carried out at Ma'arif Nahdlatul Ulama University Kebumen on December 18, 2020. The materials tested in the organoleptic test of rice and rice were eleven varieties of rice harvested from the adaptation test of new high yielding varieties of lowland rice based on the application of integrated technology in Karangsambung District, Kebumen Regency. The eleven new rice varieties used were Inpari 30, Inpari 32, Inpari 33, Inpari 42, Inpari 43, Inpari 44, Siliwangi, Padjajaran, Cakrabuana, Ciherang and IR 64. Panelists as respondents were given samples of rice and rice, then given the opportunity to see, smell, hold, smell and taste (especially rice) and then gave an assessment. The results of the assessment are recapitulated and presented in the form of tables and graphs for further descriptive analysis. The conclusion that can be drawn after the organoleptic test is known that Inpari 33 Rice is the most preferred variety by the panelists because it is shiny, long in shape and has the best ranking. For rice, the panelists preferred the Siliwangi variety because in terms of aroma, it was slightly fragrant, fluffier, had the best ranking and the highest hedonic test score. Abstract:
Hydroponic rice fodder can be used as an alternative technology to produce forage to overcome the feed scarcity in the dry season and the lack of land used for animal feed. This research was aimed to determine the growth and production of rice fodder given with the addition of different doses of organic liquid fertilizer. This research was designed based on a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments. The treatments in this research were P0 = without adding organic liquid fertilizer, P1 = adding an organic liquid fertilizer dose of 30 g, P2 = adding an organic liquid fertilizer dose of 60 g, and P3 = adding an organic liquid fertilizer dose of 90 g. The variance test showed that different doses of organic liquid fertilizer showed no significant effect (P?0.05) toward the rice fodder height, the number of leaves, and fresh production of rice fodder. The average height of hydroponic rice fodder was (P0 = 10.46±0.34), (P1 = 11.33±1.60), (P2 = 10.45±0.50) and (P3 = 10.63 ±0.44). The number of hydroponic rice fodder leaves was (P0 = 200.75±44.81), (P1 = 194.00±21.76), (P2 = 211.00±42.64) and (P3 = 230.25±44 ,93). Fresh production of hydroponic rice fodder was (P0 = 332.25±3.59), (P1 = 340.50±7.93), (P2 = 337.00±11.43) and (P3 = 337.00±1 ,41). Based on the research results, it can be inferred that the addition of different doses of liquid organic fertilizer on hydroponic rice fodder planting has no significant effect on fodder height, the number of leaves, and fresh production of hydroponic rice fodder. This may be caused by several factors including uneven seed distribution, leaves formation that occurs at the age of 5-6 days of planting, and the nutrients contained in the planting media are not absorbed properly.

Abstract:
Butterflies are part of the biological wealth that must be preserved. Butterflies have important values ??for humans and the environment, including: ecological, aesthetic, educational, endemic, conservation and cultural values. Butterflies are one type of insect that comes from the order Lepidotera, namely insects whose wings are covered by scales, and have a very important role in maintaining the ecosystem. Good geographical distribution and diversity of butterflies can provide good information in environmental studies as environmental indicators, as well as changes that may occur. Butterflies also make a very significant contribution in maintaining the balance of nature by acting as pollinators in flowers along with other pollinating animals. Butterflies are also insects whose existence is determined by their distributional ability and adaptation to environmental factors. Factors that play an important role in the existence of butterflies are plants. Plants are used by butterflies as host plants and food sources. Butterfly diversity is also influenced by abiotic factors. Several abiotic factors that affect the life of butterflies, among others: temperature, humidity, season, and wind speed.
