Abstract:
Abstrak Pemberlakuan pembatasan aktivitas masyarakat di masa pandemi berdampak pada kinerja petani yang menghadapi tantangan, khususnya di bidang logistik seperti proses perolehan benih padi. Hambatan tersebut mempengaruhi ketersediaan pangan nasional serta kualitas pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat. Ketahanan pangan sangat penting bagi keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), penduduk diperkirakan sebanyak 294,1 juta orang pada tahun 2030 dan tentu hal ini akan berpengaruh pada kebutuhan pangan masyarakat meningkat seiring dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk. Akibatnya, di era new normal, diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan produksi beras dan menciptakan ketersediaan pangan nasional yang baik. Pemanfaatan teknologi budidaya SALIBU merupakan salah satu inovasi lanjutan sistem padi ratun yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas padi dan petani. Teknologi SALIBU digunakan dengan memotong tunggul padi dua kali setelah panen tanpa melalui proses pengolahan tanah dan penanaman kembali benih karena terjadi pertumbuhan vegetatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan budidaya penerapan teknologi SALIBU dalam aplikasi pertanian. Dengan demikian diharapkan produksi beras akan lebih efektif untuk menjamin ketahanan pangan nasional di era new normal. Metode pengumpulan data studi kasus dan analisis tinjauan pustaka digunakan dalam penelitian, yang kemudian ditelaah menggunakan metode kontributif. Menurut penelitian, penerapan teknologi SALIBU mampu meningkatkan produksi beras di wilayah Sumbar sebesar 8,9t/ha sekaligus menghemat biaya sebesar 45 persen, sehingga dapat menjadi penunjang keberhasilan ketahanan pangan nasional di era new normal. era dan mendorong kebangkitan ekonomi nasional. Penerapan teknologi SALIBU sangat tepat dilakukan di desa Cimekar yang sebagian besar penduduknya berprofesi sebagai petani dan padi merupakan komoditas pangan utama. Abstract The implementation of restrictions on community activities in the pandemic has an impact on the performance of farmers who face challenges, particularly in logistics such as the process of obtaining rice seeds. This impediment affects the availability of national food as well as the quality of the community's economic development. Food security is critical to national economic development success. According to the Central Bureau of National Statistics (BPS), an additional population of 294,1 million people is expected in 2030. People's food requirements increase as the population grows. As a result, in the new normal era, the right strategy is required to increase rice production and create good national food availability. The use of SALIBU cultivation technology is one of the advanced innovations of the ratoon rice system that can increase rice and farmer productivity. The SALIBU technology is used by double cutting the rice stump after harvesting without going through the soil processing process and replanting the seeds because vegetative growth occurs. The purpose of this research is to determine the viability of cultivating the application of SALIBU technology in agricultural applications. As a result, it is anticipated that it will be more effective in producing rice to ensure national food security in the new normal era. The case study data collection method and literature review analysis were used in the research, which was then reviewed using the contributive method. According to the research, the application of SALIBU technology was able to increase rice production in the West Sumatra area by 8.9t/ha while saving costs by 45 percent, so it can be a support for the success of national food security in the new normal era and encourage national economic revival. The application of SALIBU technology is particularly appropriate in Cimekar village, where most of the population works as farmers and rice is the main food commodity.

Abstract:
Pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia telah menyebabkan penuhnya rumah sakit dan fasilitas isolasi sehingga pasien COVID-19 yang tidak bergejala atau yang bergejala ringan diminta untuk isolasi mandiri di rumah masing-masing. Padahal rumah pasien belum tentu ideal untuk isolasi, karena kurangnya jumlah kamar, ventilasi udara kurang baik dan masalah-masalah sanitasi lain. Untuk dapat segera mengatasi pandemi, orang yang terbukti terinfeksi COVID-19 harus segera diisolir dan mendapatkan penanganan medis yang baik hingga masa penyembuhan selesai untuk mengurangi potensi menjangkiti orang lain yang sehat. Oleh sebab itu, Yayasan Pendidikan Universitas Presiden memutuskan untuk mengalihfungsikan kamar-kamar asrama mahasiswa yang tidak terpakai sebagai fasilitas isolasi mandiri pasien COVID-19 yang tidak bergejala dan yang bergejala ringan. Solusi ini dapat membantu pasien COVID-19 yang tidak bergejala dan yang bergejala ringan untuk melakukan isolasi tanpa khawatir akan menularkan virus COVID-19 pada anggota keluarganya. Pengalihfungsian ini berlangsung dari 1 Februari 2021 hingga 9 Agustus 2021. Setelah itu dari 10 Agustus 2021 hingga akhir September 2021, fasilitas asrama mahasiswa juga digunakan oleh Polres Bekasi dan Pemkab Bekasi sebagai fasilitas isolasi terpusat (isoter) COVID-19.

Abstract:
Kesehatan dan keselamatan pekerja merupakan isu penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam proses produksi. Alat ergonomis yang digunakan oleh operator merupakan salah satu penunjang kesehatan dan keselamatan pekerja. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di salah satu indutri rymah tangga pembuatan tempe. Masalah muncul pada aktivitas pengemasan Tempe Home Industry Pak Haji karena operator merasakan nyeri pinggang tiga kali seminggu setelah melakukan proses pengemasan. Hal itu dinilai karena proses tradisional masih melakukan proses pengemasan dengan badan operator yang membungkuk. Dengan mewawancarai pekerja pada proses pengemasan, maka didapatkan keluhan tubuh operator. Setelah dilakukan analisis menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) berdasarkan data wawancara, skor REBA awal menunjukkan angka 8 yang berarti berisiko tinggi dan perlu ditingkatkan. Abstract:
Usaha Barokah Isi Ulang only manually records purchases and income, with no adjustments to fixed assets or financial statements. As a result, the authors are eager to process the transaction data of Usaha Barokah Isi Ulang, as micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) in order to generate a more precise financial report. The goal of this service is to provide more knowledge in creating financial reports based on SAK EMKM using the Microsoft Excel Macro accounting system, introduce the Microsoft Excel Macro accounting system, and assist in creating financial reports using the Microsoft Excel Macro accounting system. This program was provided at Usaha Barokah Isi Ulang at Jatisampurna Village, Bekasi on October-- December 2021. The lecture approach, question and answer method, and mentoring method are all used. According to the needs of the owner, the Microsoft Excel Macro accounting system can produce financial reports in a relatively quick, easy, and accurate manner for Usaha Barokah Isi Ulang.

Abstract:
As is well known, general election activities and the election of leaders in the regions are a necessity in state activities. This activity has also been taking place in Indonesia since Indonesia proclaimed Indonesia's independence in August 1945. However, with the passage of time, this election activity is felt to have caused and/or left various conflicts that could become potential divisions, and events like this are certainly far from the spirit and ideals. the noble ideals and culture of the Indonesian nation. Abstract:
Karangpara tourism place is surrounded by natural scenery with unique rock views and has beautiful photoshoot areas in some spots, for instance: hot air balloons, hanging bicycles, cloud windows, and others. This place is managed directly by a community that is part of a member of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). Karangpara tourism has great potential to grow. However, the number of tourists who had come to visit this place is lower than expected. Pokdarwis' problems in Karangpara tourism marketing can be explained as follows: the weakness of the marketing strategy in the promotion section, inefficiency in social media networks (conventional marketing), and marketing performance. The implementation method is carried out through two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage of the promotion design process. The implementation stage in the promotion design process is divided into several stages, including the implementation stage of the pamphlet making process, making profile videos, making event calendars, and making social media for Karangpara tourism. The results of the Matching Fund Model for Development of Integrated Tourism Objects Based on Social Empowering, a collaboration of community service activities between lecturers and students of the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi with the Kedaireka scheme is given training and assistance of Karangpara Tourism Awareness Groups in order to improve marketing performance. The solution offered in this service activity is to make and design effective and efficient promotional media such as profile videos, event calendars, and social media.

Abstract:
It is essential to use Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) in restaurants and hotels to support tourism in the new normal era. It is anticipated to help the community by raising awareness of the importance of cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability through socialization of the implementation of the CHSE protocol. So that hotel owners or employees are highly aware of and interested in it, and the restaurant is primarily about environmental cleanliness in order to achieve the go-green goal. The goal of this socialization is to prepare employees, guests, suppliers, vendors, contractors, and other hotel and restaurant stakeholders to return to Bogor for guest visits. The method of implementing health protocol socialization with CHSE standards () was carried out through technical guidance to employees of the restaurant receptionist and hotel concierge divisions in Bogor City, with methods of lecturing, tutorials, discussions, games, and evaluations to as many as 30 participants. The average value of participants' understanding of the CHSE aspects was 88.86 percent, indicating that all participants understood what indicators were included in the CHSE aspects, according to the results of this puzzle game.

Abstract:
This research aims to determine the effect of the application of the modern tax administration system, tax awareness and tax sanctions on the compliance of individual taxpayers' annual income tax returns. The independent variable in this research is represented by (1) Application of Modern Tax Administration System, (2) Tax Awareness, (3) Tax Sanctions. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are individual taxpayers who report their annual income tax return. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The sample is 53 out of 112 taxpayers on employees of PT. Tritanu Hub’s Indonesia, PT. Samiplast Joyo Mandiri and PT. Armuh Global Management. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this research, it is found that (1) Implementation of Modern Tax Administration System, (2) Tax Awareness, (3) Tax Sanctions simultaneously affect Compliance with Individual Taxpayer Annual Income Tax Reporting Compliance. Partially, it is found that (1) The implementation of the Modern Tax Administration System and (2) Tax Awareness have a significant effect on the Compliance of the Annual Income Tax Return of Individual Taxpayers. The greater the variables (1) Implementation of the Modern Tax Administration System and (2) Tax Awareness will cause a high level of Compliance with Individual Taxpayer Annual Income Tax Reporting. Partially obtained, (3) Tax Sanctions don’t have an effect on the Compliance of the Annual Income Tax Return Report of Individual Taxpayers.

Abstract:
This study aims to know the influence of NIM, BOPO, LDR, and Size toward Return on Assets (ROA) and its relations with technical efficiency. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach is used to measure technical efficiency. This study also uses multiple regression analysis methods. It takes banks BUKU 4 in Indonesia from the first quarter of 2018 to the fourth quarter of 2020 as the sample. The finding also reveals that there is a weak correlation between technical efficiency and ROA. Meanwhile, NIM and Size have a significant positive impact on ROA. BOPO has a significant negative impact on ROA. Meanwhile, LDR has an insignificant positive impact on ROA. Simultaneously, those independent variables have a significant effect on ROA. Among the independent variables, NIM is the most significant towards ROA.

Abstract:
The development of the internet has given rise to various platforms in promoting products variety. One of the platforms that are currently being a reference for internet users is vlogs. The influence of a vlogger can be influentially positive for increasing sales of a product.This research examines and analyzes the influence of the beauty vlogger endorsements and brand personality variables on the buying interest of Pixy beauty products in Ambon city. It takes samples from women in Ambon city interested in buying Pixy beauty products since they are influenced by endorse reviews from beauty vloggers and are strengthened by the brand personality of Pixy products.This research uses a questionnaire method as a data collection tool for as many as 108 respondents with purposive sampling. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) data analysis program version 25.The multiple regression analysis test results show that the beauty vlogger endorse variable has a positive and significant influence on buying interest with a regression result of 0.230. The brand personality variable has a positive and significant impact on purchase interest with a regression result of 0.486. It indicates that brand personality is more assertive in shaping consumer buying interest than beauty vloggers. Therefore, companies must keep trying to form and strengthen brand personality to create a positive impression in the minds of consumers.

Abstract:
Intense industry competition, as well as rapid changes and efforts to retain customers, are competitive goals and scarce resources for the ice cream industry. Price, brand image, and product quality implementation increases customer loyalty and is taken into account in the subsequent purchasing process. The goal of this study was to look at how price, brand image, and product quality affect customer loyalty and repurchase intent. A sample of 130 people who buy Walls brand ice cream products were surveyed. SEM (Structural Aquation Model) is the data analysis method used in this study to test the hypothesis. The results of this study conclude that price, brand image, and product quality have a positive effect on customer loyalty, and customer loyalty also has a positive effect on repurchase intentions. If the loyalty of the majority of customers has the strongest impact on repurchase intention.

Abstract:
Return is a result expected by investors when investing. This research aims to learn the effect of variable Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Return on Asset, and Earning Per Share variables on Stock Return on the sub-sector companies of food and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2019. The population that is used for this research amounts to 29 companies. The sampling technique used is the purposive method sampling, which led to the choosing of 17 companies that are used as the research sample. The methods that are used are descriptive and verificative methods with multiple panel data regression tests and Eviews program. The result of the analysis shows that Total Asset Turn Over has a positive impact on stock returns, while the Debt Asset Ratio, Return on Asset, and Earning per Share do not have an impact on stock returns.

Abstract:
COVID-19 is a virus that spreads very quickly throughout the world, including Indonesia, which has an impact on health and economic conditions. Community Activities Restrictions Enforcement (PPKM) Emergency is one of the policies of the Indonesian government as an effort to overcome it. The purpose of this study was to examine differences in returns, trading volume activity, and bid-ask spreads of stocks before and after the announcement of the Emergency PPKM using the event study method. The sample of this study is all members of the population totaling 27 companies in the transportation sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research approach uses descriptive and comparative methods with a different Wilcoxon signed rank test with SPSS 26 program. The test results show that there is no difference in stock returns, no difference in trading volume activity, and no difference in the bid-ask spread before and after the Emergency PPKM announcement.

Abstract:
The study explores the motivations of female Social Media Influencers (SMIs) in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. Phenomenological inquiry is adopted to capture the lived experience of the six Instagram SMIs. Two major themes emerge from the findings; 1) SMIs approach Instagram as a portfolio to showcase their values, hobbies and careers and 2) SMIs increasingly perceive Instagram as a source of income, where being SMI is a job rather than a hobby and endorsement as their main job task. In context of self-determination theory, SMI motivations are built on several intrinsic and extrinsic motives and the net value (Intrinsic minus extrinsic) correlates to authenticity of the SMI and their endorsements.

Abstract:
The lack of socialization of taxation provided to the community is one of the causes of low taxpayer compliance; people still perceive taxes as mandatory levies rather than community participation because they do not see real benefits for the state and society. The number of taxpayers showed is as followed the year of 2016 was 41,530 taxpayers, 2017 was 37,431 taxpayers, 2018 was 34,345 taxpayers, 2019 was 39,888 taxpayers, 2020 was 52,140 taxpayers. Those mean the outcome of processing related to Pandeglang Primary Tax Service Office taxpayers' compliance and It is clear that the realization rate of tax return submission is still low due to taxpayers' lack of awareness about reporting tax return. In the other hand Socializing taxation is one of the efforts made by the Pandeglang Regency Tax Service Office to increase taxpayers' knowledge and understanding of their rights and obligations. Thus, those made the researcher wanted to discover more about the problem.This study has been conducted at the Pandeglang Primary Tax Service Office, and the study period runs from August to December 2021. This study aims to determine the impact of taxation socialization, tax rates, and tax sanctions on individual taxpayers' annual tax return reporting compliance. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 384 taxpayers obtained through a random sampling technique. In this study, descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression are used to analyze data using the SPSS 25 computer software program. The four variables, taxation socialization, tax rates, and tax sanctions, affect the dependent variable, taxpayer compliance, according to the results of hypothesis testing.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship or influence of capital structure on profitability. A total of 14 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector were sampled in this study using a purposive sampling technique. SPSS version 25 program becomes a tool for data analysis using multiple linear regression models. Capital structure is the independent variable in this study as measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio. Meanwhile, profitability in this study is the dependent variable as measured by Return on Equity. The standard level of significance in this study is 5%, so the results in this study, simultaneously capital structure has a significant effect on profitability while partially DER has a significant positive effect on ROE, DAR and LDER have a significant negative effect on ROE.

Abstract:
This research investigates the effects of entrepreneurial orientation in the innovation of business models that affects the increase of company performance in the application and games industry. The formalization that is present in the organizational structure and capabilities of information technology can affect the orientation of entrepreneurial orientation. The research data is accumulated from 64 companies, through the implementation of the purposive sampling method. The data analysis is done by using the Structural Equation modelling (SEM) with the method of Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the study shows that the level of formalization does not have any impact on the orientation of entrepreneurial orientation. Information technology capability is vital to the development of the entrepreneurial orientation. To increase its performance, companies of applications and games must continuously develop its business model innovation. Further research is expected to be able to develop the idea for other creative industries and add other variables that influence the entrepreneurial orientation as well as the business model innovation.

Abstract:
Online loans have snowballed in recent years. The growth of online loans, also known as Peer-to-Peer Lending (P2P Lending) or Financial Technology, has been troubling the public. The P2P Lending collecting method has been harassing the people. P2P lending sends the collection letter to customers' contact addresses, distributes personal pictures, and imposes high interest. This research aims to discuss the Principle of Balance in P2P Lending contracts. This research uses a normative judicial method. The study examines the phenomenon of P2P Lending in public. This research concludes that the P2P Lending agreement does not meet the conditions in the contract based on the Principle of Balance. This research proposes that the relevant authorities review each P2P Lending agreement to achieve the Principle of Balance.

Abstract:
Taxes are an important source of revenue for the state; in order to maximize tax revenues, the government expects the community to participate in fulfilling their tax obligations based on tax provisions. According to data from the Ministry of Finance, the number of taxpayers in Indonesia increased from year to year, reaching 46.38 million in 2020. This figure increased from the previous year, with 42.51 million taxpayers in 2019. In 2017, and 2018, the number of taxpayers was 36.51 million and 39.15 million. In this case, tax revenues should increase rather than decrease, because the number of taxpayers increases year after year, but tax revenue realization falls short of the predetermined target. an imbalance in the achievement of predetermined tax revenue targets with the number of registered taxpayers, which continues to grow year after year. The purpose of this study is to analyze and investigate the impact of taxpayer awareness, taxpayer compliance, and tax collection with forced letters on tax receipts at Serpong Primary Tax Service Office. This is a quantitative study that employs primary data. Individual taxpayers (WPOP) registered at Serpong Primary Tax Service Office comprise the population of this study. A total of 400 respondents were sampled using a non-probability sampling technique. Data collection methods utilizing a questionnaire This study was carried out between August and November of 2021. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study as the regression model. The Statistical program version 25 was used to process the data. According to the findings of this study, Taxpayer Awareness, Taxpayer Compliance, and Tax Collection with Forced Letters all have a simultaneous and partial effect on Tax Revenue.

Streaming has gained popularity owing to its accessibility, as opposed to viewing television or movies on a huge screen. This presents an opportunity for SVoD services to compete, beginning with practical issues such as the amount of money that must be spent and shifting lifestyle habits. Subscription Video on Demand, or SVoD, is a service that allows anyone to view as many television programs as they choose for a monthly fee. E-WOM is the independent variable, purchase decision is the dependent variable, and brand image and brand trust are the mediating factors. This research distributes questionnaires using a quantitative approach, non-probability sampling, and the snowball sampling method, and is processed with SmartPLS 3.3.7. (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model). The total number of Indonesian participants in this study is 148. The findings indicates that E-WOM has a major impact on buying choice, brand trust, and brand image. Additionally, brand image and brand trust have a substantial impact on purchasing decisions. Consequently, E-WOM has a substantial impact on purchasing decisions mediated through brand trust and brand image.

Abstract:
Nowadays, the use of wood materials for construction is starting to be reduced because it can cause global warming due to cutting down forests. There are changes in the construction used aluminium materials such as frames and doors. There is an increasing demand for aluminium products which is an opportunity for companies to develop products. Currently the company manufactures aluminium profile products (semi-finished goods), so the company needs to develop aluminium finished goods products to increase profits and brand image. The investment required by the company is 11,232,000,000 rupiah to develop aluminium finished goods products. This research uses financial feasibility study, then selects the best investment financing. Net Present Value (NPV), Profitability Index (PI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), and Return on Investment (ROI) are used as variables for determining investment. There are four financing alternatives, including internal financing, bank, leasing and IPO. The results showed that bank financing provided the highest NPV and ROI with an NPV value of 1,546,356,903, Profitability Index (PI) of 1.14, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 10.09%, Payback Period of 4 years 1 month, Return on Investment (ROI) of 28.24% and US Index of 4.71. Thus, the results of this research recommend using bank financing for investment in product development.

Abstract:
Employee performance is a main factor for organizational effectiveness. Quality of work life (QWL) is one company program that can impact employee performance, and producing more satisfied and engaged employees. PT ABC is a city property developer. Based on preliminary interviews with its employees, it was found that they are dissatisfied with salary, career path, work –life balance and authority. These are quality of work life dimensions that the study pursued to investigate. The purpose of this study is to evaluate PT ABC employees’ perception about QWL, and its influence on perceptions of procedural justice. QWL as a work organization process allows members at all levels to actively shape the environment, methods, and timing of organizational activities. This research used a quantitative method; data was collected using survey questionnaire. Purposive sampling was used to identify and enjoin 200 respondents to participate. The results of this study show that the QWL dimensions that are perceived dissatisfactory and needs improvement are adequate and fair compensation, growth and security and total life space. These four dimensions have significant positive effect on perceptions of procedural justice. This research contributes to identifying areas of QWL that need to be given attention and have implications for organizations to improve the working conditions of employees in Indonesia.

Abstract:
This research aims to examine the factors influencing Melaka Muslim community in purchase intention towards halal logo on food packaging. Theory of Planned Behaviour is used as theoretical framework and there are three factors in influencing customer purchase intention which are attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioural control. Questionnaires were distributed to the 170 Muslims respondent which randomly selected in shopping complex or supermarket area in Melaka City. The data was analysed using statistical package, descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were applied in this research in order to identify relationship and the most important factors. The results indicated that attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioural control have positive relationship to intention on purchasing food packaging with halal logo. The most important factor that influence consumer purchase intention towards halal logo was attitude and subjective norm.

Abstract:
This study is aimed at determining the effect implementation of viral marketing on consumer’s trust through Instagram and their impact on consumer’s trust and purchasing decision by consumers in buying halal food. This study uses quantitative approach and survey method. Population of this study was 1.653 students of IAI Tazkia Bogor with 175 students who have an account and have made purchasing through Instagram as samples. To analyze the data, path analysis is used with the help of SPSS 16.00 for windows program. The result of this study suggests that viral marketing has positive and significant impact on both internal and external consumer’s trust. Interestingly, viral marketing, internal and external consumer’s trust simultaneously also have a significat impact on purchasing decision.

Abstract:
This study aims to examine whether the existence of strong banking interconnectivity in ASEAN brings about equality in bank performance, especially for banks that are classified as Domestic Systemically Important Banks (D-SIB). This study traces the performance of D-SIB banks operating in Indonesia at the ASEAN-5 level (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Singapore) in 2007-2019. ROA is used to indicate bank performance, especially related to bank profitability, which is an important aspect for bank sustainability. The research data was obtained from the official websites of financial organizations and institutions such as World bank, IMF, OJK, Bloomberg terminal, and financial statements of banks in ASEAN-5 with a sample of 31 D-SIB banks. By using descriptive analysis and ANOVA as well as post hoc tests and scatter diagrams, the results of the study show that D-SIB banks operating in Indonesia have an ROA performance that dominates D-SIB banks which are classified as top 10 average ROA. It can be seen that D-SIB banks operating in Indonesia are not inferior to DSIB banks operating overseas and even proven to be able to outperform D-SIB banks operating overseas.

Abstract:
This study aims at finding the role of Credit Union (CU) Betang Asi, a financial institution under the OJK, in developing the family businesses in Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan. The study method used was a qualitative study method, by conducting observations, interviews with owners and managers of family businesses, and documentation. The findings are that CU has contributed a lot to the welfare of family businesses in Palangkara, Central Kalimantan. The family businesses have developed to the maximum so that the sales turnover is quite attractive. Further, CU considers the Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition, and Collateral characteristics as the most important aspect of lending money to family businesses. They also provide training and assistance to be able to improve the business of management and marketing management and the use of technology. Hence, they can increase sales of the business and inspire the community to become entrepreneurs to improve the welfare of the business.

Abstract:
This research aims to investigate factors influencing firm performance. Two interesting factors have been identified, namely entrepreneurial orientation and narcissism. To the best of the author’s knowledge, this is the first research to investigate narcissism in the context of firm performance in Tunisia. This quantitative research involved 89 start-ups in Tunisia, each start-up was represented by either one junior or middle manager through non-probability sampling method. This research employed Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The data was analysed using SPSS AMOS. The results reveal that 1) entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on narcissism 2) entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on firm performance and 3) narcissism has a positive effect on performance and 4) narcissism partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance.

Abstract:
There are numerous small-scale homestay businesses in the Lima Puluh Kota Regency along with the development of tourist destinations in this region. Several studies have found that small-scale businesses could grow in terms of competition and performance if they have market and technology orientation. This article aims to investigate whether the homestay business in Lima Puluh Kota Regency is market and technology-oriented. This study utilized descriptive analysis research design. The investigation was conducted using questionnaire and interviews on consumer orientation, competitor orientation, technology policy, and position and adoption, which were randomly distributed to 55 homestay business owners as the sample. The questionnaires adopted the scales of Harerro (2018) and Al Ansari et al. (2013), with sound psycometric characteristics. SPSS v26 was used to process the data. This study found that the owners or managers of the homestay in Lima Puluh Kota Regency have been pretty good market-oriented, and nevertheless in few numbers, among them have a technology orientation. These findings are believed contribute to tourism and family business literature especially in homestay business.

Abstract:
Business rapid development with technology advancement urges enterprises to create a sustainable competitive advantage. Being a Learning Organization (LO) becomes favorable, yet cultural backgrounds and the need to adapt with open innovation urge an adapted LO 2.0. This paper aims to study the application in Indonesia’s industrial context, the underlying factors, and obstacles in a manufacturing plant at PT MMI. The preliminary study interview involved four strategic managers, followed by an empirical study surveying the 130 employees using the adapted Learning Organization Questionnaire (LOQ). The analysis used descriptive statistics and a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Its findings suggest that PT MMI successfully enhances the practice of LO 2.0 on its contextualized adapted approach such as an innovative environment, effective information sharing, enhancing employee empowerment, supporting employees’ self-development/ mastery, and becoming a facilitative leader with a multi-stakeholder approach. Nevertheless, some factors with marginal mean scores on each dimension risk destabilizing the long-term learning practice in PT MMI, which the leaders should consider improving and strengthening.

Abstract:
This study aims to explain the factors affecting corporate governance and its implication on accounting information quality. Globally, there are many companies that collapsed due to misleading accounting information. Companies declares financial statements as free from errors or misstatements wherein fact it misleads financial statements users. There were 36 firm year observation being analyzed using PLS-SEM to process the available data. The results showed that audit committee and board of directors have significant effect on good corporate governance, while institutional ownership has no significant effect on good corporate governance. On the other hand, corporate governance has significant effect on accounting information quality. This is an indication that the quality of accounting information depends on the practice of good corporate governance. Strict compliance of rules and regulations lead to better governance of publicly listed companies. The originality of this research is that this is the first ever study that had focused on the awardees for mostly trusted, trusted, and fairly trusted companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract:
A system can be subjected to excessive vibration if the force acting on it approaches the natural frequency of the system. The way to do it, especially for single operating frequency, is adding the dynamic vibration absorber. Generally, the dynamic vibration absorber is a mass-spring-damper addition to the main system. This study researches the effects comparison of Without Dynamic Vibration Absorber and Series Double Dynamic Vibration Absorber on the main system response. Electric motor with unbalanced masses is used as the exciter and placed on the two beams. The main mass is supported by these beams. This system has the specified dynamic equations. The main system response absorber TDVA addition gives 0.008291meter displacement rms at 1, 002 frequency-ratio. The one with DDVA system response absorber with Ma1=1/20 and Ma2 =1/20, Ma1=2/30 and Ma2 =1/30, and Ma1=1/40 and Ma2 =1/40 gives 0.001484 meter, 0.002691 meter, and 0.001343 meter. The system with SDVA gives better response than DDVA. The first absorber mass ability to reduce main mass response is disturbed by the second absorber mass existence.

Abstract:
An analysis of the relationship between locomotive speed and wind direction was carried out on the amount of drag force faced by the CC203 locomotive, one of the fastest locomotives used in Indonesia today. Based on the results of the analysis, an alternative geometry option was made for the CC203 locomotive’s nose. In the geometry option, changes are made to the front structure of the locomotive in order to reduce the amount of air drag that occurs. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the greater the speed of the locomotive, the value of the drag coefficient will tends to be constant, but the overall value of the drag force will increase. In addition, changes in wind direction facing the locomotive will also significantly increase the coefficient and air drag force. In changing the locomotive geometry, the results of geometric options are obtained that can significantly reduce the coefficient and total air resistance force. Locomotive velocity was assumed as resultant of wind velocity.

Abstract:
In designing and producing a salt spray chamber test apparatus for the required parameters to be standardized for the test method, the tool is designed and manufactured according to ASTM B117-09 standards, in addition to the standards mentioned, the design of this corrosion test apparatus also refers by studying ISO standards and JIS in the manufacture of such tools. By making this tool is expected to be able to test a specimen of a steel material. In addition to testing, heat transfer calculations and analysis in the chamber area are needed to determine the heat lost and the required power heater. From the result of spray salt collecting test obtained 1.5 ml salt solution in collecting cup with wide of  within 1 hour done in two positions, so for equalization of salt fog is in accordance with standard ASTM B117 collecting salt spray 1-2 ml / hr. The next parameter is that the temperature of the chamber must be maintained at 35°±2℃ from the temperature test results in accordance with ASTM B117 standard. From the test result of plate material JIS G 3141 SPCC (Steel Plate Cold Rolled Coiled) dimension 76 x 127 x 0.7 mm for 48 hours with test method. Neutral salt spray result from corrosion rate calculation got corrosion rate equal to 27.4665 mpy.

Abstract:
.Hydraulic fracturing is one of the stimulation method that aimed to increase productivity of well by creating a high conductive conduit in reservoir connecting it to the wellbore. This high conductivity zone is created by injecting fluid into matrix formation with enough rate and pressure. After crack initiate and propagate, the process continue with pumping slurry consist of fracturing fluid and sand. This slurry continues to extend the fracture and concurrently carries sand deeply into formation. After the materials pumped, carrier fluid will leak off to the formation and leave the sand holds the fracture created. TLS Formation in X and Y Field is widely known as a formation that have low productivity since it has low permeability around 5 md and low resistivity 3 Ohm-m. Oil from TLS formation could not be produced without fracturing. This formation also have high clay content, 20 – 40 % clay. Mineralogy analysis also shown that this formation contains water sensitive clay such as smectite and kaolinite. Hydraulic fracturing has been done in this field since 2002 on around 130 wells. At the beginning of hydraulic fracturing campaign, the success parameter is only to make the wells produce hydrocarbon in economical rate. As the fractured wells become larger in number, several optimization is also been done to increase oil gain. Later on, the needs of conclusive analysis to evaluate well performance after hydraulic fracturing rise up due to sharp decrement of crude oil price. Accurate analysis and recommendation need to be conducted to assess the best candidate for hydraulic fracturing to maximize success ratio. Even though a common practice, candidate-well selection is not a straightforward process and up to now, there has not been a well-defined approach to address this process. Conventional methods are not easy to use for nonlinear process, such as candidate-well selection that goes through a group of parameters having different attributes and features such as geological aspect, reservoir and fluid characteristics, production details, etc. and that’s because it is difficult to describe properly all their nonlinearities. In that matter, Artificial Intelligence approach is expected to be an alternative solution for this condition.

Abstract:
Steel is often used as crucial in the world of metal casting. This study aims to determine the effect of aluminum alloy fluid on the hardness of the crucible steel interface. The method begins with melting aluminum, copper, and tin according to each variant with a temperature of 700oC, then stirring on the liquid for 15 minutes and holding it for 30 minutes. From this research it is concluded that the addition of Cu (10% and 20%) in Al-Sn-Cu fluid causes hardness value at the interface layer area but the increase is not very significant.

Abstract:
Cataract is one type of eye damage which causes the lens of the eye, nearsightedness which varies according to the level becomes blindness. Cataract eye disease is eating slowly, little by little without the pain experienced by patients but if handled too late then lead to permanent blindness. Eyepiece contains 65% water, 35% protein and the rest are minerals. With increasing age, size and mineral density increases. The accuracy of the determination of the type and location of early cataract is very important to prevent the severity of the impact of more severe cataracts. The main procedure of cataract diagnosis (Gold Standard procedure) was performed using computed tomography (CT) scan and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Alternative diagnosis can be made through physical examination, laboratory tests, medical history, and other relevant information. The purpose of this paper presents the results of a study on the implementation of the method of Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) to facilitate the determination of the classification of types of cataract disease and its severity. The results showed that the use LVQ provide the level of accuracy of the determination of the amount of (99%) as well as the duration of training (training) sample of (0.06 seconds).

Abstract:
The die design process for casting requires repeated testing in order to get a good die and produce a product that is as planned, which takes a long time and costs a lot for die making in this trial. The purpose of this study is to determine a more efficient process in die design by conducting a casting analysis using a MagmaSoft simulation. The sample part used in this study is a motorcycle brake master cylinder which will be made by the Gravity Casting process with aluminum material. The basic method used is die design using CAD by calculating Shrinkage allowance, and casting simulation using MagmaSoft software to find out various possible defects during the casting process, such as filling, air trap, solidification, hot spots, and shrinkage porosity. The simulation results show that in the filling process there is no indication of cold shot and no air trap problem, solidification and hot spots are good and occur in the part area, and there is little porosity. In general, the simulation results show that the die design has met the requirements, although there is porosity, this porosity occurs in the area that will be lost after the machining process

Abstract:
Increased use of computers in education campus resulted in dense data traffic on communications networks. At the Islamic University of Malang (Unisma) there are more than 500 computers connected to the Internet using a wired media and hotspot access. Unisma existing network infrastructure in current use the Multimode Fiber Optic Backbone cable with static routing and Mesh topology. These lots number of users on the network resulting in dense data traffic that lead to long delays or long queues. Genetic algorithm is a search algorithm that is based on the natural genetic mechanism which also being used in optimizing network performance. This study compared the performance of existing network and a simulation of optimization using Genetic Algorithms. Measurement and retrieval of data consist of transfer time, also we built software engineering using visual studio program as a comparison model.The result of this study shows that optimization using genetic algorithm is able to find the fastest path and increase the speed of transmission of data packets by reducing transfer time by 53.5% and increase the datarate of 54.75% compared to the queuing method used on the existing network.

Wells X has decreased the pressure inside the well. The thing that needs to be done on the well to determine the cause of the pressure drop is by doing Pressure, Temperature, Spinner Survey (PTS Survey) test when the well is flowing (PTS flowing) and when the well is closed (PTS shut-in). PTS flowing is done with the aim of determining the depth and contribution of feedzone, as well as determining the potential of generating electricity wells. PTS shut-in is done to determine the outflow phenomenon and determine the conditions in the wellbore. Data obtained by PTS survey are pressure, temperature, spinner speed, and cable speed. Data acquired by the PTS tool during PTS flowing and then processed, obtained that well X has three feedzone zones, ie feedzone 1 at 1084-1164 mKU depth, feedzone 2 at depth 1168-1392 mKU, and feedzone 3 at 1532 depth -1564 mKU. The contribution given by each feedzone was 6.2 kg / s at feedzone 1, 2 kg / s at feedzone 2, and 1.9 kg / s in feedzone 3. Abstract:
3D scanner that uses image sensors requires the role of a computer that includes a data generator, data acquisition, and visual display. In a simply system, it can be designed the sensory system uses non-imagery sensor so the role of the data generator can be handled by the microcontroller. This research aims to make a simple 3D scanner using inexpensive non-imagery Time of Flight VL53L0X sensor and data processing can be processed directly by the microcontroller. The results of sensor distance measurements are processed on the microcontroller and desktop application. The distance and angle values are converted into Cartesian coordinate using cylindrical coordinate system. The scan results of the cubes, prisms and cylinder are similar with the reference object, but the results of the pyramid test at the top cannot be scanned properly due to the narrow surface. The laser beam from the emitter cannot bounce back to the collector properly makes distance reading is inaccurate and causes error in the point cloud conversion. The comparison error between the side of the scan results and the reference object is between 2.54-39.8%. The surface of objects with bright color has a smaller error than those with dark color. The comparison error of the height of the scan results with the reference object is between 5-32%. The angle of the emitter exclusion cone and the collector exclusion cone sensor affects the error at the side and height of the scan results.

Abstract:
Creating a magnet with powder metallurgy technology, the materials to be processed must be available in powder form with a relatively very fine size, in micrometers (μm). In the magnetism of materials, grinding the material to obtain a very fine powder size is intended to obtain a magnetic material powder having a single domain. One tool commonly used to reduce the size of the powder to reach the size of a micrometer (μm) is a ball milling machine. This tool works by using hard balls in a drum. The balls are clashing each other with ground powder until the powder size becomes very small. Ball milling is using a strong material SS400, so it is expected to last long. While the special drum uses a base material of metal that is non-magnetic based Austenitic Manganese Steel. Ball uses a Ni-Hard ball. The AC motor measured with a stroboscope while carrying the load is 744 rpm. The process of smoothing that occurs inside the tube when the machine is run is the occurrence of collisions between Ni-Hard balls with the best grind sand is 83.3 grams with the number of Ni-Hard ball 101 fruit with a diameter of 10 mm and 75 pieces with a diameter of 11 mm, with using a 1:5 ratio. The process of shooting using Keyence optical microscope VHX 5000 with 200x bundle. Significant size changes occur with grinding with 10 mm diameter Ni-Hard ball from 15 minutes to 45 minutes. Then by using a Ni-Hard ball diameter of 11 mm also changed although not too significant.

Abstract:
Polymer injection is one of the methods of increasing oil recovery or Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) after the water injection method is performed, to reduce residual oil saturation. The polymer reduces the water mobility ratio so that the sweeping efficiency will increase to encourage bypassed and unswept residual oil saturation. For polymer injection applications, partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (PHPA) or commercially known as HPAM is the most widely used type. At the current low oil prices, design optimization of polymer injections in certain reservoirs is important. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of permeability and polymer concentration on residual oil saturation by core flooding method in the effort of optimization of polymer injection. The optimal concentration in this study is 1,500 ppm which has the lowest residual oil saturation value. The increase in concentration from 500 ppm to 1.500 ppm, residual oil saturation decreased in four variations of Berea sandstone permeabilities. However, when the polymer concentration is added to 2.500 ppm, the residual oil saturation value increases. This can be caused by pore clogging. Whereas with permeability, residual oil saturation is directly proportional. The greater the permeability the greater the value of residual oil saturation. Core Y7 Berea has the highest permeability and saturation of residual oil. The results of this study are expected to be useful in the development of polymer injections on EOR activity.Keywords.polymer injection, concentration, permeability, PHPA, residual oil saturation

Abstract:
The impact test is a test to measure the material's durabilityagainst shock loads. The impact test simulates the operating conditions of that materialoften found where the load does not always occur slowly but rathercame suddenly. The impact test instrument to be designed in this studyis a Drop Weight Tester (DWT) tool. This impact test apparatus utilizes massobjects and gravitational forces. Design of Drop Weight Tester (DWT) tool, designthe design refers to the ASTM D-5420-04 standard. In this study the designthe impact test apparatus analyzed the strength of the connection as well as the construction deflection forensure design results can be made. On testing Drop Weight Tester, objectsthe test is given a shock load with certain criteria such as altitude, load, dimensionpunch component striker as well as specimen thickness. At the same time it is doneobservation and data collection of the energy absorbed during the test.Specimen used is SPCC and Zincalume material with thicknessdifferent.

Abstract:
The CP-52 and CP-54 wells are located on the Tambun structure of Bekasi Regency of West Java Province with the target formation being Baturaja. The pressure build up analysis is carried out for monitoring activities to obtain reservoir and boundary, innitial pressure (Pi), permeability (k), skin (s), ΔP skin, average pressure (Pavg), and flow efficiency information. Tests performed on both wells are pressure build up test (PBU) and to analyze the method of Horner approach pseudo pressure and P2 either manually or with the help of software v.ex.2 v2.02 as validation.

Abstract:
There are three levels in producing oil or natural gas: primary recovery where oil flows into the wellbore by itself; secondary recovery where oil flows with the help of water or gas injection; and tertiary recovery, commonly called Enhance Oil Recovery (EOR). Total recovery from one oil field is about 50% -60% of OOIP. With primary and secondary recovery 30% -40% can be obtained from OOIP, it is expected that the remaining 20% -30% can be taken with EOR. This study investigated EOR by injection of various surfactant concentrations at temperatures of 30°C and 80°C using brine with salinity of 10,000 ppm by imbibition. The aim of this research is to know the effect of surfactant concentration and salinity of the formation water on oil acquisition in relation to sandstone permeability, and to find out what level of concentration to the average permeability rate with temperature close to reservoir average temperature (80°C), can be obtained a minimal Sor so that RF (Recovery Factor) to be maximal. The methodology used is to measure: the physical properties of rocks and fluids (the solution used), the interface voltage and selected the best solution (the smallest interface voltage), and soaking the rock with Amot test glass. From this study, it can be concluded that the addition of concentration will decrease the density, but the addition of temperature will decrease the density and viscosity; the addition of the surfactant and temperature concentration will decrease the interface voltage until the CMC point is reached; good permeability and porosity may not produce good results when clay contamination is present

Abstract:
Range resolution as one of the parameters of the radar system becomes very important and need to be upgraded to provide accurate target distance information. Increased bandwidth can be done however is limited to devices for Direct Digital Synthesizer (DDS) that are used and will enlarge the noise and power consumption of system Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) radar. To improve range resolution, output signal and bandwidth linieritas chirp both plays is very important and the sampling rate of the engineering efforts for improved range resolution still experience barriers when based on peak detection. So to improve range resolution alternatives that can do that is maintain linieritas or increase bandwidth and not just based on peak detection. In this paper are discussed improved range resolution without increasing bandwidth using curve fitting method by way of comparing the output signal of the mixer and beat frequency shift signal mixer output to both match (match). Error of measurement range resolution is affected by the phase errors due to the lack of frequency of linieran beat, so that needs to be done shifted frequency curve fitting method using beat against the sweep of raw data (output ADC) to earn optimum beat frequency (optimum resolution range). Range resolution for Radar Demonstration Kit (RDK) using curve fittng methods obtained results an increase of 30% and the shifting of the beat frequency of 3KHz.

Abstract:
Transportation is important needs in daily life. However, there are so many problems in transportation system in our country. The one is public transportation. To overcome it, the government implement KIR. But this KIR has several weakness. One of them is manual data. As cosequnces, human error in listing can came out as the process goes on. Pattern recognition can be used to implement automatic number plate identification in this system. One of the method is canny filter. Canny filter is uses to obtain a good image in the character image acquisition. Characters based with 12X7 pixels are be converted into binary as input for Multi Layer Perceptron with 3 layers node number of each node 84, 50, 36. Artificial neural network is trained with back propagation algorithm with a learning rate parameter 0.3 and momentum 0.9. The training process will be terminated when the iteration reaches a maximum value of 10,000 or MSE (Mean Square Error) 0.0001. Recognition rate for numeral character is 100%, however recognition rate for letter character is little bit worser, 86,87%. So overall performance is 94,29% for the whole characters.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of variations in quenching media with NaCl on the value of hardness, energy value of the impact and the microstructure phase formed from the carburizing pack. The results showed that the highest hardness value was obtained by quenching 25% NaCl with a value of 136.76 N/mm2 and the lowest value was obtained in specimens without raw material treatment with a value of 119.63 N/mm2, it can be concluded that the higher the concentration of salt, the higher the hardness value. The results of the impack test showed the highest value in the Raw Material specimen with a value of 14,234 Joules and the lowest value on the specimen with 25% NaCl quenching with a value of 5,694 Joules, it can be concluded that the untreated specimen has a good ductility value, while for the specimens undergoing the quenching process, experience agitation. Metallographic test results show the phase of martensive formation in the quenching process and ferlite in Raw Material

Abstract:
In a mold manufacturing process, few to hundreds electrode is required for the EDM process. The electrode production is time consuming and it prone to errors when it comes to creating Electrode Block Order Sheet. New software was developed to create automated process to generated Electrode Block Order Sheet that reduce the time consumption and eliminate human errors during the process. By the application of the software, time consumption to create Electrode Block Order Sheet is reduced by 80% and human error involved in the process is eliminated.Keywords.
