Abstract:
Kajian dilakukan untuk mengetahui konstribusi karya tulis ilmiah peneliti di Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Budidaya Air Payau Maros (BPPBAP) terhadap publikasi ilmiah, dilakukan kajian terhadap lima media publikasi yaitu: Jurnal Riset Akuakultur, Indonesian Aquaculture Journal, Media Akuakultur, Prosiding Forum Inovasi Teknologi Akuakultur, Prosiding Sekolah Tinggi Perikanan, dan Prosiding Hangtuah selama 5 tahun dari 2009 s/d 2013. Metode menggunakan analisis dokumen. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi karya tulis ilmiah peneliti BPPBAP bervariasi, yaitu pada tahun 2012 130 kti, tahun 2009 124 kti, tahun 2013 112 kti, tahun 2011 98 kti dan tahun 2010 93 kti. Kontribusi peneliti berdasarkan jenjang fungsional adalah peneliti pertama sebanyak 49 kti, peneliti muda 112 kti, peneliti madya 207 kti, dan peneliti utama 189 kti. Sebaran berdasarkan media publikasi yaitu Prosiding FITA sebanyak 197 kti, Prosiding Seminar STP sebanyak 169 kti, Prosiding Seminar HangTuah sebanyak 107 kti, JRA sebanyak 59 kti, IAJ sebanyak 13 kti, dan Media Akuakulture sebanyak 12 kti. Kontribusi kti berdasarkan kelti yaitu kelti keteknikan sebanyak 180 kti, kelti sumberdaya 133 kti, keltipathologi 91 kti, kelti bioteknologi 84 kti, dan kelti nutrisi 69 kti. Sepuluh peringkat peneliti yang memberi kontribusi terbanyak adalah Ansari dengan jumlah 27 kti, Arifuddin 26 kti, Brata 25 kti, Machluddin dan Suardi masing-masing 22 kti, Mudian 21 kti , Akhmad 20 kti, dan Utojo 18 kti, Erfan dan Markus masing-masing 17 kti.The study was done to understand the contribution that the researchers at the Institute for Brackish Water Aquaculture Research and Development (BBPBAP) to the scientific papers publication. The study focused on five medium of publication namely: Aquaculture Research Journal (Jurnal Riset Akuakulture), Indonesian Aquaculture Journal, Media Akuakultur, Prosiding Forum Inovasi Teknologi Akuakultur, Prosiding Sekolah Tinggi Perikanan and Prosiding Hang Tuah for the period of 5 years from 2009 to 2013. Method of analyses is literary review. The study shows that BPPBAP researchers contribution to scientific papers publication vary from 130 scientific papers in 2012, 124 scientific papers in 2009, 112 scientific papers in 2013, 98 scientific papers in 2011, and 93 scientific papers in 2010. Researchers contribution from the perspective of functional position level are: first researchers as many as 49 scientific papers, young researchers as many as 112 scientific papers, medium researchers as many as 207 scientific papers, and prime researchers as many as 189 scientific papers. Distribution based on medium of publication includes Prosiding FITA with 197 scientific papers, workshop proceeding from Fishery High School as many as 169 scientific papers, Hang Tuah Workshop proceeding as many as 107 scientific papers, Journal Riset Akuakulture as many as 59 scientific papers, Indonesian Aquaculture Journal as many as 13 scientific papers, and Media Aquaculture as many as 12 scientific papers. Scientific papers contribution from research group includes technical research group with 180 scientific papers, resources research group with 133 scientific papers, pathology research group with 91 scientific papers, biotechnology research group with 84 scientific papers, and nutrition research group with 69 scientific papers. The top ten rank of researchers with most contribution to scientific papers publication are Ansari with 27 scientific papers, Arifuddin with 26 scientific papers, Brata with 25 scientific papers, Machluddin and Suardi each contributed 22 scientific papers, Mudian with 21 scientific papers, Akhmad with 20 scientific papers and Utojo with 18 scientific papers while Erfan and Markus each contributed 17 scientific papers.

Abstract:
ABSTRAK Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Perikanan merupakan instansi yang mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan penelitian dibawah Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Kelautan dan perikanan Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan. Hasil-hasil penelitian baik berupa laporan maupun karya tulis ilmiah membutuhkan suatu wadah untuk menampungnya agar dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat, baik masyarakat umum maupun stakeholder yang bergerak di bidang kelautan dan perikanan. Untuk menampung hasil-hasil penelitian dalam bentuk karya tulis ilmiah dibutuhkan suatu organisasi khusus yang menangani karya tulis ilmiah yaitu dengan di bentuknya suatu penerbitan. Oleh sebab itu maka di pusat penelitian dan pengembangan perikanan satu bidang khusus yang menangani tentang penerbitan karya tulis ilmiah yaitu Sub Bidang Data dan Informasi dibawah Bidang Data informasi Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Kegiatan Sub bidang Data dan Informasi hampir sama dengan kegiatan penerbitan lainya yaitu dari proses Pendaftaran ISSN, Pengumpulan makalah, Pemilihan Mitra Bestari, Proses evaluasi makalah oleh reviewer yang ditunjuk, Proses revisi makalah, Pengeditan dan layout makalah yang telah dinyatakan Accepted, Pengiriman hasil penyuntingan makalah kepada penulis untuk dilakukan proof read, Penerbitan Artikel/Jurnal, Pendaftaran ISJD/Serah Simpan dan Pendaftaran Akreditasi. Tiap-tiap jurnal mempunyai jumlah artikel yang berbeda dalam setiap nomornya. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan jurnal antara lain jumlah sumberdaya yang kurang memadai, kurangnya pakar dalam proses evaluasi makalah, lamanya proses perbaikan dari penulis.   ABSTRACT Fisheries Research and Development Center is an institution operating under the auspices of the Research and Development Agency for Marine and Fisheries – Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Republic of Indonesia. The research results, both in the form of reports and scientific papers; require rooms for storage in order for users, both general public and marine and fisheries stakeholders, to be able to access them. A publication is organized to manage scientific reports and papers. In the R&D Center for Fisheries, the Data and Information sub Division is responsible for the publication. Such publication is similar to other publishing activities which starts from ISSN registration, papers collection, Mitra Bestari selection, evaluation of papers and reports by appointed reviewers, revision processes, editing and layout designing for the accepted papers and reports, delivery of the edited papers and reports to the authors for proof reading, publication of article/ journal, ISJD registration/ depository and submission for accreditation. The R&D Center publishes periodicals such as Indonesian Fisheries Research Journal, Bawal Widya Riset Perikanan Tangkap, Indonesian Fisheries Policy Journal, Indonesian Fisheries Research Journal, Buletin Teknik Litkayasa Sumber Daya Dan Penangkapan, Prosiding Forum Inovasi Teknologi Akuakultur, Buletin Teknik Litkayasa Akuakultur, Indonesian Aquaculture Journal, Jurnal Riset Akuakultur, and Media Akuakultur.  Each journal has various numbers of articles in each publication. Lack of resources, scarcity of experts for evaluation, time needed for revision, are among the problems in journal management.

Abstract:
Telah dilakukan kajian penelusuran publikasi Karya Kulis Ilmiah (KTI) Peneliti Balai Penelitian dan Pengembangan Budidaya Air Payau (BPPBAP) yang terindeks pada pangkalan data Winisis atau CDS/ISIS (Computerised Dokumentation System/Integrated Sets of Information System) versi Windows. Kajian ini dilakukan pada bulan September - Oktober 2014 dengan cara menelusuri data yang terinput dalam database Winisis melalui kata kunci BPPBAP. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan publikasi yang dihasilkan oleh peneliti BPPBAP berdasarkan tahun, penulis, area subyek dan media publikasi. Data yang terkumpul dipisahkan berdasarkan tahun terbitan, nama peneliti, media publikasi dan subyek, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil kajian selama 14 tahun mulai tahun 1999 sampai dengan 2012 menunjukkan bahwa: a). Publikasi KTI BPPBAP meningkat setiap tahunnya dalam 5 tahun terakhir, yaitu tahun 2012 (16,88%), 2011 (14,03%), 2009 (12,60%), 2010 (12,52%), dan 2008 (9,43%). b). Peneliti BPPBAP yang paling produktif adalah Gunarto (44), Arifuddin Tompo (41), Machluddin Amin (38), Brata Pantjara (36), Nur Ansari Rangka (34), Utojo (33), Suwardi Tahe (31), Erfan Andi Hendrajad (31), Muliani (31) dan Mudian Paena (30). c). Tipe publikasi Karya Tulis Ilmiah BPPBAP berdasarkan media publikasi yang paling banyak dimuat: Prosiding (870), Jurnal Riset Akuakultur (94), Jurnal Penelitian Perikanan Indonesia (57), Buku (44) dan Media Akuakultur (37). d). Berdasarkan subyek karya tulis ilmiah yang paling banyak diteliti yaitu: udang windu kemudian rumput laut, pakan, udang vaname dan probiotik.The distribution of Scientific Papers of researchers at the Research and Development Station of Brackish Water Aquaculture (BPPBAP) that are indexed in Windows version database, Winisis or CDS/ISIS (Computerised Documentation System/Integrated Sets of Information System) has been studied. The study conducted during September – October 2014 searched for data inputted in Winisis database through the keyword BPPBAP. This study aims to understand the extent of publication development of the researchers at BPPBAP based on year of publication, author, subject area and medium of publication, which were then analyzed descriptively. The 14 - year study beginning in 1999 to 2012 concludes that: a) scientific papers publication of BPPBAP shows annual increase for the past 5 years, specifi cally the year 2012 (16,88%), 2011 (14,03%), 2009 (12,60%), 2010 (12,52%) and 2008 (9,43%). b) some of the most prolific authors at BPPBAP are Gunarto (44), Arifuddin Tompo (41), Machluddin Amin (38), Brata Pantjara (36), Nur Ansari Rangka (34), Utojo (33), Suwardi Tahe (31), Erfan Andi Hendrajad (31), Muliani (31) and Mudian Paena (30). c) Type of scientific papers publication based on the medium used: Proceedings (870), Aquaculture Research Journal (94), Indonesian Fisheries Research Journal (57), Books (44) and Media Akukultur (37). d) the most researched subjects are: tiger shrimp, seaweed, fish feed, vaname shrimp and probiotic.
