Review Report on Business Ethics and Employees into an Organizational Environment

Abstract
According to this study, three things happen when employees believe that their company shares ethical principles with them. These kinds of workers are drawn to the company, exhibit less unethical behaviour at work, and are less inclined to leave. In conclusion, this suggests that when organisations practice and promote ethical behaviour, they stand to benefit. It is not just a publicity stunt or a way to dodge the severe consequences of getting caught, though. Instead, moral businesses gain from the kind of job candidates they recruit and the conduct of their workers. The set of moral and ethical standards that guide a corporation's attitudes, behaviour, and choices as well as those of its employees.
