Myocardial fibrosis — a new component of heart remodeling in athletes?

Abstract
Исследования по развитию фиброза миокарда являются новым направлением в спортивной медицине. Многочисленные данные свидетельствуют о формировании гипертрофии миокарда, как естественной реакции сердечной мышцы в ответ на систематические физические нагрузки, в то время как появление фиброза у этого контингента не вполне объяснимо. Современные методы визуализации, в т.ч. магнитно-резонансная томография, позволяют выявлять различные варианты фиброза миокарда на субклиническом этапе. В статье рассматриваются различные варианты ремоделирования миокарда и формирования фиброза в зависимости от вида физической нагрузки, механизмы развития последнего, а также методы ранней диагностики, применимые в педиатрической практике. Представлена дифференциальная диагностика ряда патологических состояний, сопровождающихся фиброзом миокарда и возможные направления терапии.This publication has 48 references indexed in Scilit:
