Consideration of Factors Related to Positive Loco-Check

Abstract
転倒予防セミナーにおいて,同意が得られた参加者に身体機能測定,ロコモーションチェック(以下:ロコチェック)およびアンケート調査を実施した。このうち独立歩行可能で脆弱性骨折の既往のない中年期(40~69歳)の女性113例を対象に,ロコチェックに1つ以上該当した49例をロコチェック陽性群として統計学的に分析した。多重ロジスティック回帰分析の結果,ロコチェック陽性に有意に関連する要因は,Body Mass Index(以下:BMI)増加,Timed up and go test(以下:TUG)遅延,握力低下,年齢であった。 本解析結果および先行研究から,運動器の健康寿命延伸には,ロコチェックにより早期にロコモの可能性に気付き対策を講じると共に,BMIの適正維持,動的体幹バランスおよび握力の維持が重要であると考えられた。This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
