Foreign body ingestion is a common complaint in the pediatric emergency department and a common problem throughout the world. Here, we report an interesting case of a coin ingestion in which the radiographic findings misguide the clinician. Foreign objects attach frequently esophagus anatomic narrowness. They must be taken out immediately because they can cause an obstruction, mucosal erosion or perforation. Endoscopy is the criterion standard for removal of foreign bodies from the esophagus. Foley and bougienage techniques are the other methods. In this case we presented a clinical condition that is seen and thought only a foreign object like a coin by the direct graphy.
