Abstract
Squamous hyperplasia (SH) occurs on the glans of the penis or the foreskin of elderly patients suffering from genital lichen sclerosus and is considered as a precursor of squamous carcinoma of the penis (1,2). We report herein 2 young patients with leucokeratotic lesions of the inner aspect of the foreskin, with a histology typical of SH and, interestingly, lacking any clinical or pathological evidence for associated lichen sclerosus. Keywords
