Abstract
Osteolipomas have been described as the presence of metaplastic bone within lipoma. They have been rarely described in spine, with the incidence of R). On imaging, she was diagnosed to have an extradural fat-containing osseous lesion in lumbar spine causing compression of traversing and exiting nerve roots resulting in clinical symptoms.Keywords
