AÇÃO ÉTICA INTERSUBJETIVA NA ÉTICA FILOSÓFICA DE LIMA VAZ

Abstract

Lima Vaz desenvolve sua Ética sistemática a partir de um movimento dialético que compreende três momentos: universalidade, particularidade e singularidade. Neste artigo nos propomos a estudar o desdobramento desses três momentos na dimensão intersubjetiva do agir ético. No momento da universalidade, o agir ético se dá no horizonte do Bem; já no momento da particularidade surge a necessidade de pensar a reação entre causa e condição; por fim, no momento da singularidade, o universal se realiza concretamente no agir intersubjetivo, cuja instância judicativa e normativa é o que se pode denominar “consciência moral social”. Lima Vaz develops his systematic Ethics from a dialectic movement which includes three moments: universality, particularity and singularity. This article proposes to study the unfolding of these three moments. In the first one, universality, ethical action arises from the Good. In the second, particularity, it is necessary to think about the relationship between cause and condition; and in the final one, singularity, the universal concretely realizes itself in the intersubjective action, whose judging and normative instance can be called “social moral consciousness”.
