Abstract
A 64-year-old man presented with headache, dyspnea, wheezing, cough, and night sweats. He had eosinophilia, sinusitis on CT, and abnormal results on pulmonary-function tests, including an elevated fraction of exhaled nitric oxide. Diagnostic tests were performed.Keywords
