Application of the “Trio” pharmacotherapy regimen in patients with chronic arterial insufficiency IIb-III

Abstract
Objective. To evaluate the effectiveness of the “Trio” pharmacotherapy regimen in patients with chronic arterial insufficiency IIb-III. Materials and methods. 45 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of peripheral arterial occlusive disease of the lower extremities and chronic arterial insufficiency IIb-III were included in the study. All patients were randomly divided into two groups. Patients from experimental group received “Trio” pharmacotherapy (multicomponent isoosmolar solution containing petoxifyllin; multicomponent hyperosmolar solution containing sodium lactate; L-arginine hydrochloridum solution).
