Abstract
In relation to the article "A case of a mixed adenoneuroendocrine tumor of colon" 1, we want to contribute a new case of this exceptional and biphasic clinical entity which are the MANECs (Mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma), tumors represented by the mix of pathological components highly aggressive that affect the gastrointestinal and pancreatobiliary tract characterized by the dual presence of glandular and neuroendocrine epithelial elements, where each component represents at least 30% of the tumor. Keywords
