Abstract
A 33-year-old man with a history of smoking and heavy alcohol use presented to the emergency department in September 2019 with fever, vomiting, abdominal pain, and hemoptysis. Two days before admission, malaise, fevers, and chills had developed, followed by diffuse abdominal pain, nausea, and bilious vomiting.Keywords
