Uncommon intravascular lithotripsy for the treatment of subclavian steal syndrome: a case presenting with concomitant acute coronary syndrome and transient ischaemic attack

Abstract
We hospitalized an 83-year-old man with the acute coronary syndrome and transient cerebrovascular ischaemic attack (TIA) with left-sided hemianopia/dizziness (no lesions on computed tomography). Triple coronary artery bypass grafting had been performed 16 years previously, including the left internal mammary artery (LIMA) to the left anterior descending artery (LAD).
