Abstract
A 65-year-old man with Waldenström’s macroglobulinemia was evaluated because of an 8-day history of bilateral eye pain and decreased vision. He had decreased visual acuity, dyschromatopsia, visual field loss, a relative afferent pupillary defect, and an abnormal appearance of the optic disk. A diagnosis was made. Keywords
