Reflexive Funktion und Bindungsrepräsentation als Outcome-Kriterium in der Psychotherapie

Abstract
In diesem Beitrag werden die Konzepte Bindung und Reflexive Funktion hinsichtlich ihrer Eignung, klinisch relevante Veränderungen durch Psychotherapie abzubilden, diskutiert. Bindungsrepräsentanzen, erfasst anhand des »Adult Attachment Interviews« (AAI), geben nicht nur Aufschluss darüber, wie frühe Beziehungen zu den primären Bezugspersonen psychisch repräsentiert sind, sondern auch darüber, wie aktuell mit bindungsrelevanten Themen wie beispielsweise Abhängigkeit, Schwäche, Bedürftigkeit umgegangen werden kann. Die Reflexive Funktion, gemessen mit der Reflective Functioning Scale (RFS), misst darüber hinaus die Fähigkeit, über innere Zustände, wie Gefühle, Gedanken oder motivationale Faktoren des Selbst und von anderen, nachzudenken und diese zu verstehen. Anhand ausgewählter Studien wird erörtert, inwieweit anhand dieser beiden Funktionen strukturelle Veränderungen im Sinne eines Outcome-Kriteriums in der Psychotherapie zu erfassen sind.Keywords
