(کيف) اسم اشترک في استخدامه بابان رئيسان, هما: الشرط والاستفهام, وخصصت هذا البحث بـ(کيف) الشرطية. ويهدف هذا البحث: إلى إزالة الجهل عن حقيقة هذه الأداة, وإزالة الشک والتردد في عملها. والبحث يتناول دراسة (کيف) واستخدامها شرطا. وشمل البحث: التعريف بها, وشروطها, والخلاف في المجازات بها, وکذا الخلاف في عملها عند البصريين والکوفيين جماعة وأفرادا. وتناول البحث أيضا الشروط المشترطة لکي تعمل الجزم عند من قال بذلک. ثم تناول البحث دراسة بعض الشواهد التي يستشهد بها على کونها شرطية, سواء کانت الشواهد قرآنية وحديثية وشعرية على قلتها. ثم أتبعت ذلک بثبت لمراجع البحث. (How) is a name that was used in two main chapters, namely: the condition and the interrogative, and this research was devoted to (how) the conditional. This research aims to: remove ignorance of the truth about this tool, and remove doubt and hesitation in its work. The research deals with studying (how) and using it as a condition. The research included: The definition of it, its conditions, and the dispute over the metaphors thereof, as well as the difference in its work among the Basra and the Kufic group and individuals. The research also dealt with the conditions required for Jazm to work for those who said so. Then the research dealt with the study of some of the evidences cited as conditional, whether they were Quranic, modern and poetic according to the few. Then I followed this firmly to the references.
