Abstract
We report the case of a three-year-old girl with left sided facial swelling and proptosis as the initial presentation of bilateral orbit involving Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) in Cameroon. Despite being less typical in childhood, AML is the most common leukemia to cause orbital leukemic tumors.
