Abstract
Psychische Belastungen sind für Helfer im Rettungsdienst wiederkehrend und ein Teil des Berufs. Wird auf der einen Seite als Bedingung vorausgesetzt, dies grundsätzlich psychisch selber zu ertragen und zu verarbeiten, so kann es in seltenen Fällen zu posttraumatischen Belastungsstörungen mit hohem Leidensdruck kommen.Keywords
