Abstract
The tris pyrazolyl borate ligand imposes a rigid scaffold around Fe(ii) ensuring a robust magnetic anisotropy when the molecules assembled as monolayers suffer from the dissymmetric environment of the substrate/vacuum interface.Funding Information
