Various Lymphatic Reconstructive Surgeries Based on Pathophysiology of Lymphatic Vessel-related Diseases

Abstract
リンパ管疾患にはさまざまな病態が含まれるが,リンパ再建手術が適応となる疾患としてリンパ漏・のう胞(LR/LC)とリンパ浮腫(LE)がある。難治性LR/LCでは漏出部を同定し,リンパ管リンパ管吻合(LLA)やリンパ管細静脈吻合(LVA)による再建術を行う。軽症LEではバイパス術を,重症LEではリンパ節移植(LNT)による再建を検討する。軟部組織・リンパ管欠損例では,リンパ管間置移植(LIFT)による再建が望ましい。病態に応じてLLA・LVA・LNT・LIFTなど適切なリンパ再建手術を行うことが肝要である。This publication has 24 references indexed in Scilit:
