Abstract
The review discusses the problem of anticoagulant therapy for the prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in patients with atrial fibrillation and comorbidities (hypertension, heart defects, including after heart valve surgery, coronary artery disease, diabetes mellitus, chronic kidney disease, gastrointestinal diseases, anemia, cancer), as well as with a high risk of emergency operations and injuries.Keywords
