THE CONCEPT OF QAṬ’Ī DALĀLAH: DEFINITION, LAWS, AND PERCEIVED CONFLICT

Abstract
In terms of methods of discovering Islamic law, experts formulated 3 methods, namely: linguistic interpretation methods, kaukasi methods and theological methods.
