Abstract
We report here an update to the draft genome sequence of Kluyvera intestini sp. nov. strain GT-16, generated using MinION long-read sequencing technology. The complete genome sequence of the human-derived strain GT-16 measured 5,768,848 bp. An improved high-quality complete genome sequence provides insights into the mobility potential of resistance genes in this species. Keywords
