OBJECTIVE To describe the protocol to be used for carrying out the whole blood antigen stimµlation assay using priority antigens. SCOPE This procedure applies to whole blood assays carried out at IDRI and at field locations. RESPONSIBILITY Both the designated field laboratory and IDRI are responsible for observing this SOP in support of evaluation of diagnostic and vaccine candidates.
