Abstract
With the gradual decline of the “demographic dividend”, the advent of the age of longevity has brought great challenges to the reform of China’s labor supply side. At the same time, the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020 continues to affect the development of enterprises. Small and medium- sized enterprises are difficult to return to work when the pandemic eases. The “sharing employees” model has become an innovation for domestic enterprises to actively help themselves in response to the pandemic. It is also a major attempt to reform the current labor supply side. This paper will explore the reasons why the “shared employee” model has been widely used by enterprises in recent years, and explore the problems that “shared employee” currently faces and find the solutions.
