Abstract
Трансплантация почки является предпочтительным методом лечения больных с терминальной стадией почечной недостаточности. В целях снижения количества осложнений открытой хирургии в ряде клиник США и Европы в настоящее время развивается робот-ассистированная техника операций. Согласно литературным данным, роботизированная хирургия позволяет осуществлять трансплантацию почки в оптимальных для хирурга условиях, с сопоставимыми по сравнению с открытым доступом функциональными результатами и безопасностью для пациента. Мы сообщаем о нашем первом в Российской Федерации опыте выполнения лапароскопической гетеротопической трансплантации трупной почки с использованием роботизированной системы Da Vinci.Keywords
