Abstract
A 23-year-old female, was admitted with complaints of mild fever, five to six loose motions and vomiting 2 weeks back. Three days later she had recurrence of diarrhoea which was followed by weakness of both lower and upper limbs at night. Patient had loose stools before presenting to our hospital.
