Abstract
In this Commentary, we address mechanisms of stroke in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) due to infection with the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). It should be noted that given the recency of the pandemic, most studies are small case series, so this evaluation should be regarded as preliminary. Keywords
