Abstract
Zusammenfassung Das reversible zerebrale Vasokonstriktionssyndrom (RCVS) ist eine häufige Ursache des Donnerschlagkopfschmerzes. Für das Auftreten des RCVS sind einige Auslöser bekannt, u. a. die Einnahme von vasoaktiven und, weniger häufig, immunsuppressiven Medikamenten. Hier berichten wir zum ersten Mal vom Auftreten eines RCVS nach Einnahme von Ustekinumab bei einer Patientin mit bekanntem Morbus Crohn.Keywords
