Abstract
Turkish is a language that has a great history behind it since its earliest texts. A lot of linguistic data from the historical and modern periods of the Turkish language can be shown as evidence for this situation. Pattern words have an important place in this data. Pattern words that make up the meanings they contain in long periods; proverbs, idioms, praise, curses, such as language elements are divided into subheadings. It is possible to say that idioms have an important title in these words. Idioms are important in terms of foundation and meaning features in terms of the material that Turkish offers to basic vocabulary. The qualifications of the words in the establishment of statements are also important. In this sense, the presence of limb names in idioms emerges as a remarkable situation. Azerbaijani Turkish has a rich material on this subject. In this study, It has been classified and analyzed in terms of meaning features the idioms which were determined only from the standard Azerbaijan Turkish and established with the word “head”.
