Dear reader, We are pleased to publish Volume 11, Number 1, of the Contemporary Educational Researches Journal. In addition to publishing high-quality articles, this issue strives to maintain our previous standard of excellence. Consequently, this issue aimed to present the various factors that influence the educational process such as the students, teaching and geographical location. With the aim in mind, four (4) articles were selected after a thorough peer review procedure. The selected topics include the following: “The creativity and character in Korea teacher education”; “Progressive computer test capabilities of the candidates proposed for the post of physical education teacher”; “Issues concerning Romanian demographic school population”; “Empowering business education students for decent work and productive employment: Nigeria example”.
