Abstract
此文介绍了用于钒钛磁铁矿冶炼2500 m3高炉提产攻关的一些经验,主要从高炉控制参数以及上下部调剂、入炉原料管理、出铁组织等几个方面来简单论述。通过提产攻关实践,使世界上冶炼钒钛磁铁矿最大的高炉产量有了新的高度,利用系数能够长期稳定在2.56 t/(d·m3)阶段性利用系数稳定在2.6 t/(d·m3),对大型钒钛磁铁矿冶炼高炉强化冶炼具有一定的指导意义。 This paper introduces some experience in improving the production of 2500 m3 for smelting vanadium-titanium magnetite, mainly from the aspects of BF control parameters, upper and lower adjustment, raw material management, iron production organization and so on. Through the practice of improving production, the largest BF output of vanadium-titanium magnetite smelting in the world has reached a new height, and the utilization coefficient can be stable at 2.56 t/(d·m3) for a long time, and the periodic utilization coefficient is stable at 2.6 t/(d·m3), which has a certain guiding significance for the intensified smelting of larger vanadium-titanium magnetite smelting blast furnace.
