Abstract
Using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and Raman scattering we studied the charge state of matrix and doping element atoms on the surface, morphology, and defects in the structure of graphene-like materials synthesized by plasma-arc discharge in liquid nitrogen.Keywords
