Abstract
Perspectives of the organisation of social psychological support aimed at the educational reform implementation are discussed. It’s stressed that there is a need to enhance social interaction among the participants of educational process at the level of educational settings. Social psychological approaches to social interaction are grouped depending on the definition of interaction – as a communication (direct and indirect) or a joint activity. The findings of two empirical studies within the national experiment are presented: online interview of the participants, and group discussions by the consensus method in school teachers from different settings. Online interview on the social media use have revealed that the teacher use of Internet recourses for professional communication is not sufficient; not so many teachers express their personal positions through spreading content, opinion exchange or commenting in the networks. The second stage of the experiment assumes organization of interaction among the participants – teachers, students, and their parents – with the use of social psychological technologies. Specifically, a consensus method was applied due to find a common solution of educational reform issues in school teachers. Group discussions demonstrate different progress in the groups, though this method has a potential in improving knowledge; forming proactive position towards reform implementation; improving a dialog between the participants of educational process on the school innovations.
