A Case of Suspected Immunoglobulin G4-related Pericoronary Inflammation Treated by Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Abstract
冠動脈造影で2枝病変を認めた66歳の男性。造影CTで冠動脈,上腸間膜動脈,腹部大動脈周囲に炎症性壁肥厚を認め,血清IgG4が高値であった。IgG4関連疾患による冠動脈周囲炎を疑い,経皮的冠動脈内ステント留置術は冠動脈瘤形成の危険性が考えられたため冠動脈バイパス術を施行した。冠動脈壁のIgG4陽性細胞の検出は困難であった。IgG4関連冠動脈周囲炎に対する血行再建術施行例は比較的まれであり報告する。This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
