Abstract
Programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) plays an important role in downregulating T lymphocytes but the mechanisms are still poorly understood. This study aimed to explore the role of PD-1 in CD8+ T lymphocyte dysfunction in hepatitis B virus (HBV)-related acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF).Keywords
