Abstract
Renal dysfunction is a relevant medical issue for patients undergoing TAVR. Chronic kidney disease and postprocedural acute kidney injury are independent predictors of worse outcome after TAVR procedure. Meticulous preprocedural planning and multidisciplinary heart‐team management could mitigate renal damage. Keywords
