Abstract
Paguellus bellottii fish proceeding from Soumbedioune beach (Senegal) were analyzed to evaluate their contents of total mercury and methylmercury. Simplified analytical procedures (microwave digestion and ultrasonic assisted extraction) were used for sample preparation.
