This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic religious education on the morals of the sixth grade students of the Kautsar Ikhlas Al Qur'an Education Park Surabaya 2020 - 2021. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative processed with Microsoft Excel. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation studies and questionnaire data. The research subjects were 31 students who were selected with a random sample. The data analysis technique in this study used statistical tests. The results of the questionnaire regarding the assessment of Islamic religious education (Variable X) in grade VI students of TPQ Kautsar Ikhlas of 1085 ranged from 12.9 - 74.2% quite good while the results of the questionnaire regarding the assessment of morality in grade VI students of TPQ Kautsar Ikhlas (Variable Y) was 1118 are mostly in the range of 76 – 100% which is classified as good. Based on data analysis of the influence of Islamic religious education (variable X) with the morality of students (variable Y), then based on the test criteria ro > rt, namely the results of the rxy value of 0.474 while the r table at 1% level = 0.470 and 5% level = 0.367, so it was concluded that Ho was rejected and accepted H1 which means that there is an influence of Islamic education on the morals of class VI students of TPQ Kautsar Ikhlas Surabaya for the 2020-2021 school year which is included in the medium category with a range of 0.40 - 0.70. Keywords: Islamic Education; Santri Morals; TPQ Al Kautsar ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan agama islam terhadap akhlaq santri kelas VI Taman Pendidikan Al Qur’an Kautsar Ikhlas Surabaya 2020 – 2021. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang diolah dengan Microsoft Excel. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan data angket. Subjek penelitian sebesar 31 santri yang dipilih dengan sampel acak. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji stastistik. Hasil angket mengenai penilaian pendidikan agama islam (Variabel X) pada siswa kelas VI TPQ Kautsar Ikhlas sebesar 1085 berkisar 12,9 – 74,2% tergolong cukup baik sedangkan hasil angket mengenai penilaian akhlaq pada siswa kelas VI TPQ Kautsar Ikhlas (Variabel Y) sebesar 1118 sebagian besar berada pada kisaran 76 – 100% tergolong baik. Berdasarkan analisis data dari pengaruh pendidikan agama islam (variabel X) dengan akhlaq santri (variabel Y), maka berdasarkan kriteria uji ro > rt yaitu dengan hasil Nilai rxy sebesar 0,474 sedangkan tabel r pada taraf 1% = 0,470 dan taraf 5% = 0,367, sehingga ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Ho ditolak dan menerima H1 artinya terdapat pengaruh pendidikan Agama Islam terhadap akhlaq santri kelas VI TPQ Kautsar Ikhlas Surabaya tahun pelajaran 2020-2021 yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan rentang 0,40 – 0,70.
