Abstract:
This article aims to describe the optimization of the performance quality of Islamic boarding school teachers at TMI Al-Amien Prenduan. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Sources of data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the performance development process consists of disciplinary coaching, performance motivation, professional groups, internal associations, increasing education levels, and seminars/training/workshops. As for the performance appraisal process through evaluating the competence of ustadz in marhalah, namely the Education Teacher Group (KGBE), evaluating the competence of ustadz outside marhalah with Complete Teacher Meetings (RGL), Thursday meetings, and Riasah Board Oversight (PDR). Based on this description, it can be concluded that TMI Al-Amien Prenduan is very good at managing the quality improvement of ustadz. However, there is a shortage of data instruments for assessing the quality of ustadz performance, especially in the field of the development process and evaluating the performance of ustadz.

Abstract:
The madrasa head is a professional official who has a strategic role in educational institutions. This study aims to: explore some strategies and efforts of madrasa heads in cultivating organizational behavior in MAN 1, Kediri. This study used a qualitative approach, with a case study design at MAN 1 Kediri City. The collection of research data was carried out through non-participant observation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. This research produced two findings, the first is organizational behavior which is individual behavior in an educational organization that involves many components including teachers, staff, and employees. Madrasas play an important role in overcoming these different behaviors. the head of the madrasa at MAN 1 Kota Kediri took the method by giving assignments according to their educational background, skills, and abilities. The existence of differences in the organization can be organized and does not cause conflict within the organization. Secondly, by organizing differences in the organization, teachers can work safely, comfortably, and under control. that way the work of teachers and employees can run effectively and efficiently, and the organization can improve according to the expected goals

Abstract:
Organizational commitment is personal responsibility and involvement in the organization, which includes trust, support for organizational objectives and values, and sincerity for the organization's formed interests. Through emotional and ongoing commitment, OCB is a unique aspect of individual functioning at work, such as the desire to cooperate, assist each other, advise, actively participate, provide additional services for those who use services, and make efficient use of one's working time. This study examines the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the performance of lecturers at IAIN Kediri. The findings of this study revealed a number of conclusions. 1) There is a link between organizational commitment and lecturer performance at IAIN Kédiri; 2) there is a link between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and IAIN Kediri teacher performance; and 3) there is a link between organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and speaker performance. Therefore, empirical evidence suggests that lecturer performance will be influenced by organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior variables.

Abstract:
Various strategies are carried out by tertiary institutions including study programs in them to improve and control the quality of learning in order to increase the competitiveness of institutions. The purpose of this study is to clarify the evaluation of the strategy carried out by the PGMI Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah IAIN Kediri in controlling the quality of learning. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach to the type of case study design. For the data collection method is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the design of strategies related to the quality of the study program is written on the Vision and Mission Objectives of the Strategy (VMTS) of the study program. The implementation of this strategy was carried out during lectures taking into account the academic guidelines of the PGMI Study Program. Strategy evaluation is carried out by monitoring and evaluating learning at the beginning, middle and end of the semester. The forms of evaluation activities are study program meetings, Management Review Meetings (RTM), Student Lecturer Evaluations (EDOM) and Internal Quality Audits (AMI). The conclusion from the evaluation of this strategy shows that the quality control of PGMI Study Program learning has been carried out properly. Implementation of learning is in accordance with the curriculum, learning support activities have been carried out according to the planned program and learning facilities have begun to be improved.

Abstract:
To shed light on sociology's function in managing Islamic educational institutions, an article must be offered on the topic of the sociological approach to smart classroom management. Smart Classroom as a modern learning model has many risks or negative impacts that are likely to keep students away from accomplishing educational objectives. For this reason, an appropriate approach is is required in addressing the various risks that may occur due to the use of technology in learning. The purpose of this article is to determine what a smart classroom is, what its potential negative effects are, how the smart classroom program is managed, and what sociological approaches can be utilized in this smart classroom program. This article was written using a qualitative approach, with the author accumulating data from various sources of literature, such as existing books and journals. This article concludes that one of the sociological approaches utilized in the smart classroom program is the formulation of a rule, followed by its affirmation and consistent application.

Abstract:
This study aims to advise and foster SMP Plus Bina Insan Kamil students so that they can better understand how Islamic teachings should be used in their everyday lives both at school and outside of school. Duha prayer in congregation, reading Yaasin's letter after performing dhuha prayer, three language speech exercises (Indonesian, English, Arabic), Manaqiban activities, Tilawatil Al-Qur'an, activities Khataman Al-Qur'an, Mabit, and Islamic holiday activities are among the religious activities carried out by the Bina Insan Kamil Junior High School. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The study's data collection methods included observation, interviews, and documentation. While data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are all part of the analysis. According to the findings of this study, the growth of religious activities can generate motivation in terms of behaving or conducting activities in accordance with religious teachings. SMP Plus Bina Insan Kamil's method comprises habituation and demonstration by going through the steps of preparation, implementation, reflection, and evaluation. The existence of a plan for promoting religious activities is to create motivation in behaving according to religious teachings and Islamic religious law, as well as to motivate students to always read the Qur'an with Tajweed guidance in accordance with its norms. This can be demonstrated by observing changes in student attitudes during the learning process in the classroom. Collaboration among teachers, student interest, school norms, and adequate infrastructure are all supportive variables for this activity.

Abstract:
The situation of financial surplus at the NU An-Nuur Orphanage in Kediri City in the last 4 years regarding the financial independence strategy implemented so that the manager can fund the needs of the orphanage without prioritizing donation funds. This study aims to determine the foundation's strategy in achieving financial independence at the NU An-Nuur Orphanage, Kediri City. The method used is qualitative, taking the background at the NU An-Nuur Orphanage, Kediri City. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis stage begins with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion or data verification. The validity of the data is done by triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the NU An-Nur Orphanage in Kediri City can be said to be financially independent. The orphanage has several types of organizational independence, namely learning independence, socialization independence, and financial independence. In achieving financial independence, the orphanage implements a number of strategies, implements an independent financial management system, fosters the entrepreneurial spirit of foster children, determines priority sources of income and fosters the spirit of sharing with others in foster children, conducts several businesses, including renting a rented house, boarding house for girls, shops, catering. , livestock business, cloth bags, rental of transportation equipment and cooperation partnerships with Telkomsel. Then for some of the obstacles experienced by the orphanage in managing its business business, the bookkeeping of business results is not adequate, fear of the risk of loss to the business, limited human resources and product marketing strategies have not been maximized.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to discuss how transformational leadership is implemented in Islamic educational institutions. Transformational leadership has recently become a popular topic of discussion for application in Islamic educational institutions. A very large influence on the success or failure of transformational leadership in an educational institution will aid in the institution's advancement and growth, with the function of the principal motivating the institution's members and executing the leadership wheel effectively. Transformational leadership is attainable via idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and intellectual stimulation. This study makes use of a comprehensive literature review as its methodology (SLR). This study uses library research strategies to acquire data from diverse sources such as books, journals, articles, etc.

Abstract:
This study aims to provide an overview to schools that are the target of accreditation visitations to carry out preparations for accreditation, especially the delivery of information obtained related to the many changes in paradigm, implementation, and ranking of accreditation. Target schools often receive information regarding their determination as target schools for accreditation in a short time, so preparation for accreditation must be carried out jointly and supported by understanding from all schools involved in accreditation. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Researchers collect data through observation and interviews. Furthermore, the data is reduced, presented, and concluded. Schools choose dissemination as an effort to start preparations for accreditation. By conducting dissemination, information related to changes and the implementation of accreditation can spread quickly and to many parties, so that every school party involved in preparing for accreditation obtains clear and directed information. And each party can follow up according to the task of preparation for accreditation that has been given to them. Key word: School accreditation preparation, Dissemination.

Abstract:
Analisis preferensi merupakan menyelidiki pilihan atau minat seseorang untuk menyatakan suka atau tidak terhadap suatu produk. Dalam artikel membahas tentang faktor yang menjadi dasar penentuan orang tua siswa terhadap keputusan memilih sekolah Islam Swasta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah embedded designs desain ini dipilih ketika peneliti menempatkan salah satu metode sebagai priotitas utama sedangkan desain lain di lakukan untuk melengkapi yang menjadi prioritas sebelumnya. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di MTs Raudlatut Thalabah dengan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 72 orang tua siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : a) Karakteristik faktor yang menjadi dasar penentuan orang tua siswa terhadap keputusan memilih sekolah islam swasta di MTs Raudlatut Thalabah, antara lain: Prestasi sekolah, biaya sekolah, pemasaran dan ikan sekolah, lokasi sekolah, sarana dan prasarana, kualitas guru pengajar, kurikulum sekolah, dan sekolah berbasis agama, b) Tingkatan pemilihan.
