Abstract:
This article tells about the problems in establishing Islamic education policies as a challenge in improving the quality of education and constructive efforts in advancing education. There are several issues in the policy issues of Islamic education institutions, such as the skepticism of society, the lack of vision and mission in Islamic educational institutions, and the facilities and infrastructure that are Inadequate efforts must be made by Islamic educational institutions to overcome the problems of these educational policies, namely building public trust in officials who sit in Islamic educational institutions regarding the policies implemented by every leader in Islamic educational institutions

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the external factors that cause student learning difficulties and their influence on the biology learning outcomes of class XI IPA MAN 3 Padang City students. In general, students have learning difficulties due to several factors. One of the influencing factors is external factors, where external factors consist of family, school and community factors. These factors are very influential on student learning outcomes. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative research methods. The research was conducted at MAN 3 Padang City. The sample is all students of class XI IPA as many as 33 students. The sampling technique is a random sampling technique. Collecting data using research instruments in the form of a valid questionnaire of 3.38. The results showed that the external factors of students' learning difficulties, family factors, were 2.42, schools were 2.39 and community factors were 1.8. The highest external factor of learning difficulties is the family factor. There is a significant relationship external factors of learning difficulties to learning outcomes on the 0.05 t test. It can be concluded that t table (3,638>2,040), where Hi is accepted, Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant relationship between external factors causing learning difficulties and students' biology learning outcomes. So it is expected for teachers and parents to be able to recognize the learning difficulties that students have, so that learning can run smoothly.

Abstract:
This study discusses the factors that influence student’s interest in continuing their studies at public and religious tertiary institution. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research is SMA Negeri 3 Muaro Jambi, where the population is class XII students, totaling 8 classes, then the sample in this study was XII IPA 1, totaling 30 people. By using the technique of class random sampling cluster a random sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with 7 questions in the category of strongly agree, agree, disagree and strongly disagree. Then the data is analyzed based on student answers which are then converted based on predetermined categories. The results of data from research that have obtained the fact that the factor that influences students' interest in continuing their studies at public and religious tertiary institutions is the parent factor is 33,3%.

Abstract:
The 2018 PISA results recommend increasing learning achievement by improving teaching quality and learning climate. Responding to these recommendations, it is necessary to improve the quality of teaching and student learning climate, one of which is applying blended learning. This pre-experimental study aims to determine the increased conceptual understanding of mathematics through blended learning using Google Classroom. This study used one group pretest-posttest design, and data were collected through a test of conceptual understanding of mathematics. This research involved 14 junior high school students. Descriptive statistic effect size and inferential t-tests are used in analyzing research data. The research results show a difference in the average score in conceptual understanding of mathematics before and after applying Blended learning using Google Classroom. In other words, it is empirically proven that conceptual understanding of mathematics can be improved through Blended learning using Google Classroom with a magnitude of effect increase of 76%. In comparison, 24% were influenced by other factors.

Abstract:
The type of research used is quantitative research. This research was conducted at MTsS Nurul Ihsan school. With a total student population of 66 people, with a total sample of 16 people using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a total of 15 questions. The research results showed that there were 3 people in the category of low interest in reading, 10 people in the category of moderate reading interest and 3 people in the category of high reading interest. In the low category, the average value is 40 with a percentage of 18.75%; in the medium category the average value is 47.6 with a percentage of 62.5%; and in the high category, the average value is 53.3 with a percentage of 18.75%. So the study results show that the average value of students' reading interest on the influence of gadgets is in the medium category, with an average total score of 47.6.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the talents and interests of students based on the subjects and teachers they liked on the students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Yaqin Simoang Sungai Durendan as well as on the learning outcomes and achievements of students in grade 6.B. This study used qualitative methods .population with a total sampling of 22 students/i, the most preferred subject is Corner with a total of 72%.interests in learning to follow the learning of class VI students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nurul Yaqin Simpang Sungai Duren are very diverse. Starting from those who are very enthusiastic in participating in learning to those who are less enthusiastic in participating in learning. The learning interest of these students is also influenced by the way of teaching and learning methods used by the teacher. In this case, the more interesting the teaching method given by a teacher, the more enthusiastic the students will be in participating in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Students' interest in learning is also influenced by the subjects they like and dislike. The ability of students to receive learning material is different. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze students' and students' learning interest based on their preferred subjects and teachers. This is done to improve the quality of the teacher's teaching and also to better understand the ability of students to receive learning.

Abstract:
This research was conducted to develop a recitation program on Newton's law and to test its practicality. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with a Four-D (4D) model with stages, namely Define (defining), Design (design), Develop (development), and Dissemenate (dissemination). The research subjects were 38 third semester physics students at the State University of Malang. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of media validity test questionnaires and content validity tests given to 2 validator lecturers, as well as practicality test questionnaires and perception questionnaires on the use of each item given to students. The data generated is the percentage of the assessment of the validity test, practicality test, and student perception questionnaires, as well as suggestions given by lecturers and students related to the recitation program. This research resulted in a recitation program in which there were 38 questions accompanied by feedback. The results of the content validity test obtained a value of 95.7%, while the results of the media validity test obtained a value of 93.75% so that it was included in the very valid category. Then, the results of the practicality questionnaire show that students agree that the recitation program can make it easier to understand Newton's law concepts, help strengthen their understanding of Newton's law concepts, and this program is interesting for them. Meanwhile, based on the results of the student perception test regarding the use of items, the average score was 96.6%, which means that the questions, feedback, and discussion videos in the recitation program are very easy to understand.

Abstract:
This study aims to find out how the influence of the TikTok application learning on students' understanding at MTs Negeri 4 Tanjung Jabung Timur in fiqh subjects. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative by describing in detail the understanding of students' learning about the Tiktok application. The population used in this study amounted to 30 students, while the sample used in this study amounted to using a purposive sampling technique. Data was taken using observation and questionnaire methods. So it can be seen that there is an influence of the TikTok application on the fiqh learning process by 73.3% of student scores increasing, 23.3% of student scores not changing, and 3.3% of student scores decreasing.

Abstract:
This study discusses the factors that cause disciplinary violations against governance school rules and sanctions. This research is motivated by the effectiveness of the procedure discipline in enforcing student discipline in schools. As is known that the rules in the school environment are a set of rules and regulations that have been made by the school to create a conducive and representative atmosphere in the school environment. This type of research is qualitative research. As for who became the population of the research subjects was students of MAN 2 Jambi City, Kec. South Jambi, taking the sample in the form of 31 people consisting of 26 female students and 5 students. Instrument data collection in this study by distributing questionnaires. Then for data analysis use the google form that has been distributed to the samples. The results of this study data obtained that the factors causing disciplinary violations of school rules are the need and the biggest sanction given in the form of a warning letter.

Abstract:
The research was conducted in order to be able to analyze understanding of concepts in straight motion material. The research that was carried out used a quantitative research type with a descriptive approach to the population of 20 students in physics learning on straight motion material. random sampling technique methods and using instruments in the form of essay questions on straight motion material given to students using a ratio scale with an absolute zero value. Data retrieval analysis technique in which each student is able to solve questions which can be analyzed using 3 indicators, namely: (1) students can restate a concept, (2) utilize arithmetic operations, (3) classify and Students are able to give an example or not an example. The technique used when collecting data is in the form of tests and documentation. The results of this study show that the level of students' understanding of concepts in physics learning is in the category of understanding concepts 25%, not understanding concepts 30%, misconceptions 25%, guessing, 20%
