Abstract:The orphanage's foundation has largely begun to grow the business. This is a form of development of financial independence. Orphanages no longer fully expect funding from donors. In line with the above, the ability to manage ethical business and selection of sharia investment alternatives need to be understood by foundation managers and residents of orphanages. Training implementation methods using lecture, discussion, test, and simulation techniques. Training is carried out in two stages. The first stage of learning business ethics and sharia investment. The second stage is the simulation of investment instrument transactions. The target to be achieved is the acquisition of knowledge of managers / administrators and residents of orphanages related to business ethics and sharia investment instruments. Education of Business Ethics and Sharia Investment for the Managers and residents of Yayasan Islamadina was held on October 15, 2017. The activity was attended by 41 people. The results of the evaluation show that the level of satisfaction of the training and the ability of the resource persons are included in the high category. The results of the activities increased participants' understanding of business ethics and sharia investment instruments between before and after the training. This is demonstrated by the Wilcoxon Test results which show there are differences in pretest value with the posttest value, the conclusion there is increasing participants' understanding of the business ethics and sharia investment instruments between before training with after training

Abstract:The lack of assistance to the RA Working Group (POKJA RA) Poncol in the implementation of Curriculum 2013, causing the implementation of can not be realized. Base on this, the teachers of RA in sub-district Poncol Magetan urgently require the empowernent in the form at training/assistance continously so that the teacher are able and understand the lgic of preparation of leraning tool according to K-13, the are at least four inportance change of this devotion program, i.e: 1) teacher can fulfil their duties and responsibilities in creating a scientific, creative, and meaningful learning. 2) the emergence of awarness that the development of leraning resourches becames imperative, this is proven by the succesfull communication built with Perpusda Magetan which has never been thought of at all. 3) PTK material has raised awareness and and understanding that improvement in learning should always be done by teacher so that the learning problem that have been faced found the way out. 4) teachers at POKJA RA Poncol have on Permendikbud RI No. 146 year 2014 about K-13 PAUD.

Abstract:Nowadays, solid and transparent soap is often used as a display of wedding souvenirs, air freshener, and handicrafts. With the presence of a solid and transparent soap in very unique display and interesting this can make the soap is sold at a relatively more expensive price in the market. Regarding with the development of solid soap products that can produce several good benefits, this activity needs to be trained, developed and empowered to the parties who have the potential to produce these product. One of the parties that has the potential to be trained is the housewives in the PKK group (Family Welfare Empowerment) at Rawamangun, East Jakarta. This community service activity is done by using lecture and simulation/demonstration method through innovative product development of souvenir soap by using palm cooking oil. The results of the training show the enthusiasm and willingness of the participants to be able to perform individually in the manufacture of solid soap souvenir products and they can produce in large quantities. With this training, the housewives can practice themselves at home and be motivated to open business opportunities through these product so it can be feasible for sale in the market

Abstract:The objective of this dedication was to prepare the Youth of Karang Taruna Kecamatan Tanah Putih Kabupaten Rokan Hilir as spearhead of poverty eradication toward ability to increase creative economic effort for themselves, organization and the communities around them, to train them to do creative economic business toward converting used goods to be goods having sale value and to help them to build their own creative economic business. The methods applied were presentation, games, case study, question and answer and all methods were applie by using andragogy approach. The result showed that all trainees were enthusiastic to have their own business. It was proved by the plans to set up business they presented. Besides all trainees could concert used goods to be goods having sale value like wallet, tissue box, pencil box, rice box, egg box and bag.

Abstract:Activities of devotion to the public was all intended to help the level of a unit of education and in the teacher raising the standard of living in competence is the need of evaluation hands on learning uses the technique that analysis an easy one and pleasing.Universitas Negeri Jakarta, as educators who took on task of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. The Implemented of it, educators and Faculty of Economics’ family member UNJ have done education for public through development of competence to Vocational High School’s teacher.Workshop technique analyze details of problem within increase competence of vocational teacher in evaluation learning accordance 2013 curriculum in VHS Cileungsi, Bogor, be held on Saturday, May 13th 2197 in multi function room VHS Amal Mulia Kab. Bogor that attend by all of teachers.The workshop helps teachers in evaluation of test that used. The training is expected that could add more teacher’s knowledges about technique analyze details of problem either qualitative or quantitative and could design question accordance with the achievement of competence effectively. Abstract:Changing of Curriculum involves change of substance, implementation, and evaluation. Teacher must have better preparation to improve learning quality. Around 73% of school in Jombang, from elementary to high school, had applied curriculum of 2013. However, teacher faces difficulty to prepare teaching material since there are several new subjects that never been taught previously in Vocational High School for office administration department. Besides, there are many books based on curriculum of 2013 are not sold freely. Thus, to solve those problems, teacher training and mentoring to create teaching material based curriculum 2013 needs to be held. It uses training and mentoring method. The training aims to enhance teacher competency to create teaching material, in the form of module, based on curriculum of 2013. The training result is module based on curriculum of 2013

Abstract:Social media is an effective tool for millennials to learn many things nowadays. However, not all millennials understand how to use social media as a something useful, including entrepreneurial spirit. Therefore, this programme held to 1) emerge teenagers ‘entrepreneurial spirit through social media; 2) socialize social media ethics with its functions for learning. The method used was cooperative learning which matched for teenagers such as explanation, games, question and answer, sharing experience, case study, and discussion. Based on activities evaluation, both knowledge and spirit of the participants (teenagers) about entrepreneurship and social media ethics increased. Furthermore, there will be follow up programs by visiting some entrepreneurship facilities such as Management Business Development Centre (PPMB), Carrier Development Centre (CDC), and Capital Market Laboratory of Economics Faculty Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Abstract:Training Objectives in Community Service is to (1) provide teachers understanding about TOD; (2) provide mentoring of Classroom Action Research proposal formulation; (3) provide teacher assistance on study of Classroom Action Research proposal made by teacher. Subject in this Community Service is SMP teacher who are incorporated in the Economic Teacher in Surabaya. The object of this Community Service is training preparation of Classroom Action Research proposal. Community Service implementation method is broadly divided into 2 activities, namely training of Classroom Action Research proposal preparation with varied lecture method and Practice preparation of Classroom Action Research proposal with simulation and presentation method. The results obtained in Community Service are quite effective (1) participants have enthusiasm in listening to material explanation as much as 92%; (2) Participants who attended Classroom Action Research Proposal Writing Training from start to end of training as much as 98%; (3) Participants who are able to Practice Classroom Action Research Proposal Writing in accordance with the available time of 85%; (4) Participants who have interest in doing Classroom Action Research when in school as much as 100%.

Abstract:Community service activities are conducted with the aim of providing skills for all small-scale entrepreneurs in the field of services or owners of the rented house in order to be able to calculate the income of how much the number of rented houses they have, and depending on whether the rented house has been in accordance with the set of price included the cost of electricity and water that every month must be paid by the rented house owner. Investment in a rented house is a simple investment, but it must be managed well. Long before you decided to invest in a rented house, it is good to do a survey first. The survey was conducted to find out the gaps and obstacles in managing the rented house business. Investment in a rented house needs management and a lot of time. Sometimes persistence is the key to good home rental management. This can be seen from the opportunities that exist in the investment of house rental is still promising.Participants were trained on tips on managing routine cost controls that occurred both during business and household expenses and trainees were able to understand how to smartly manage spending, payments, and other expenses so they would not find a larger expenditure rather than income.
