Abstract:This paper aims to elaborate the therapy power of gratitude in the shaping of the altruistic personality. This research used a comparative study of quranic psychology and positive psychology as a reference to explain about therapy power of gratitude. This research used a psychological approach to reveal the influence of the grateful on the meaningfulness of life. The results showed grateful in quranic psychology is a form of recognition of the favors bestowed by God with the submission and obedience according to what has been commanded. Gratitude in quranic psychology can be practiced in the three ways, namely orally grateful, heart, and deed. Gratitude in positive psychology is an emotional positive reaction in response to the receipt of a gift and benefit from someone. Gratitude in this perspective can be practiced personally (be thankful to the people who has given a gift) and transpersonal (expression of gratitude to God who has given many gifts in this world). In quranic psychology, be grateful can be Sufi healing or therapy to cure individualistic attitude into the life of the society. Abstract:Nowadays, memorizing the Qur'an is growing and interested in children to adults, including college students. The activity is interesting because in the perspective of Islamic Shari'ah, memorizing the Qur'an is not an obligation. Therefore, in psychological science, it will be useful to find any factors that encourage students to do so. An initial survey found that students had belief associated with the spiritual domain of divinity and felt calm when memorizing the Qur’an. Those factors will be studied in the concept of spiritual well-being by Ellison (1983). This quantitative study was conducted on students at Universitas Padjadjaran. There were 40 students selected with snowball sampling. The result showed that as many as 85% of students had high spiritual well-being. It showed that the majority of students have a harmonious and stable life indicated by the closeness with Allah SWT and life satisfaction.

Abstract:Curriculum change occurred nowadays shows that the curriculum is prone to social changes. Although the changes remain happened, there seems no curriculum which distinguishes its use between normal students and students with special needs (either physical or mentality). In fact, the curriculum should be enjoyed not only by the normal students but also the students with special needs. Hence, they can obtain equal education system without feeling a sense of discrimination from the government. Although the curriculum is the same, teachers may apply different strategies and methods. Hence, the teachers are not only professional in teaching, but also has specific competence than those who teach normal students. What I mean competence here is not professional, pedagogy, personality, or social competences. Rather, it is a spiritual competence where teachers are teaching by heart, not by material (money).

Abstract:Today stress has become a very important management issue in the industrial world. Nearly everyone experiences stress with respect to work. No matter how small the work stress that emerges must be addressed so as not to enlarge which ultimately can harm the organization and employees. One source of work stress is the noise that is not desired by the ear because it can be annoying and irritating. But the noise can be responded differently by each individual according to their adaptability. If the individual is less able to adapt to the noise then he will tend to experience stress. This study aims to determine the relationship between the ability to adapt to noise with employee work stress. This research was designed using a quantitative and correlational approach. Population of this research is employees of production of PT. Hendratna Plywood totaling 357 people. In sampling, the researcher used Random Sampling Technique by taking 60 employees. In this study the researchers used pure try out. The result of try out scale of ability of adaptation to noise obtained 23 valid items from 30 items presented. While on work stress scale obtained 55 valid items from 72 items. The results showed that 32 subjects (53.3%) experienced high work stress and 28 subjects (46.6%) experienced low work stress. It also found that 37 subjects (61.6%) had good adaptability to noise and 23 subjects (38.3%) had poor adaptability to noise. The result of data analysis is known that there is a significant negative relationship between the ability of adaptation to noise with employee work stress shown by correlation coefficient r = - 0,359 and p = 0,005. This means that if employees have good adaptability to noise then low job stress, otherwise if employees have poor adaptability to noise then high job stress. From this it can be seen that the ability of adaptation to noise gives effective contribution of 12,88% (r² = 0,1288) to work stress, while the rest 87,12% influenced by other factor.
