Abstract:The aim of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between hemodialysis frequency stress levels in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis at hemodialysis installation of dr. M. Yunus hospital Bengkulu City 2016. The study design used was a descriptive analytic method to explain each variable studied. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the frequency of hemodialysis with the level of stress in patients with chronic renal failure, almost all respondents often undergo hemodialysis in hemodialysis installation in dr. M.Yunus hospital in Bengkulu city, of a total of 67 respondents almost half of respondents suffered moderate stress levels and no significant association between HD frequency with the stress levels of patients with CKD in Haemodialysis installation with p value 0.041 smaller than 0.05. The results of this study are expected to add insight and knowledge about the disease of CKD, and and is expected to continue this research in the context of a deeper and broader variables. Abstract:This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the behavior of the elderly in participating in gymnastics for elderly in Jalan Gedang Health Center in Bengkulu City, 2016. This study was an analytical study using cross sectional design. The population were all elderly at gymnastics in Jalan Gedang health center totaled 50 people, with a total sample of 33 people, and were taken using accidental sampling technique. Data collection was done by direct interview using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test at α 5 percent. The results showed that most respondents 60.6 percent had less knowledge, most respondents 51.5 percent got lower family support, almost half of respondents 36.4 percent had low motivation, almost half of respondents 42.4 percent behave not active in participating in gymnastics for elderly, and the results of the chisquare value of ρ 0.040, 0.000 and 0.001 showed no relationship between knowledge, family support and motivation to the behavior of the elderly in participating in gymnastics in Jalan Gedang health center in Bengkulu City 2016. Knowledge, family support, and motivation are very important for the elderly in order to follow gymnastics actively, because gymnastics is very useful for maintaining health. Abstract:This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Puskesmas Jalan Gedang Kota Bengkulu. Based on the preliminary study conducted on 10 people pregnant women in the work area of ​​gedang puskesmas got 5 mother mother had pregnancy anemia in trimester 1 and 2I, when asked this matter because of the food menu that potluck.The study method used was a descriptive analytic cross sectional design. This studywas conducted in Jalan Gedang health center Bengkulu City from March 1 until May 1, 2017, with the samples of 30 respondents. Retrieving data was done using a questionnaire sheet and documentation of patient status and then analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi Square test. Results of the 30 respondents were half of the respondents 50.0% had unhealthy eating patterns, almost half of respondents 26.7% had anemia. Based on Chi-Square test pvalue 0.035, which shows there was a correlation between the diet and the incidence of anemia among pregnant women in Jalan Gedang health center Bengkulu City. Abstract:This study to determine the effect of Puzzle Play Against Social Adaptability on Mental Retardation Students in SDLB Dharma Women in Bengkulu City. This research method using a research design Pre Exsperimental Design with draft form one group pretest posttest, way of taking a sample is taken using total sampling with a sample of 12 respondents. used in this study are primary data, the data acquired, processed and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis using T. Test The results showed that the average number of children who have mental retardation prior to the puzzle game has a social adaptation unfavorable and the average number of children who have mental retardation after doing a puzzle game has a social adaptation enough baikdan no effect between playing puzzle to adaptability social in students with mental retardation in SDLB Dharma Women in Bengkulu City p 0.004. Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the incidence of schizophrenia in patients in the Inpatient Room of Soeprapto Special Base Hospital of Bengkulu Province.The method used is descriptive research design with cross sectional approach. Data were collected using primary and secondary data, primary data obtained from the questionnaires to the 67 families of patients treated in inpatient Special Hospital Mental Soeprapto Bengkulu province, while secondary data is taken from the patient's medical record. The sampling technique is by proportional random sampling technique. The analysis showed the majority of respondents, 39 who suffered from schizophrenia, the majority of respondents, 15 contained genetic factors, the majority of respondents, 24 Which there are psychosocial factors, and some of the respondents are 24 people that there are environmental factors. The results of the bivariate analysis showed no significant relationship between genetic schizophrenia in patients in the inpatient unit Special Hospital Mental Soeprapto Bengkulu province, there is a significant relationship between psychosocial with schizophrenia in patients in the inpatient unit Special Hospital Mental Soeprapto Bengkulu province, and there are A significant relationship between the environment and schizophrenia in patients in the inpatient rooms of Soeprapto Special Base Hospital of Bengkulu Province. Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of buteyko breathing technique on asthma control test.The quasi experimental study with the pretest and post test one group design approach involved 14 patients with asthma selected from the Lung Polyclinic of Dr. Hasan Sadikin Bandung with consecutive sampling. Asthma control was collected using time series ACT. The collected data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially with the scale of significance p smaller than 0.05.The results showed a significantly higher mean difference between ACT scores after buteyko breathing technique 19.79 more or less 1.47 with ACT score at week III 17.50 moe or less 1.78 week II 12.64 more or less 1.82, week I 9.57 more or less 1.95, and pretest 7.64 more or less 1.82. Post hoc analysis found the fourth week post test score 19.79 more or less 1.47 significantly better than post test week III 17.50 more or less 1.78, week II 12.64 more or less 1.82, week I 9.57 more or less 1.95, and pretest 7.64 more or less 1.82 in improving asthma control. It was concluded that there was an effect of buteyko breathing technique on asthma control test. Thus, the results of this study become important as a study material for nurses at the Hospital in an effort to increase asthma control test. Abstract:The aimed of study to analyze theinfluenced of puzzle game stimulation on socialization and independence development in preschoolers.This research was a quantitative research with Quasi experimental one group pre test post test design. The samples were 5 years old 60 months children with development in doubt on socialization and independence aspects which amounted to 17 people by purposive sampling technique. The instrument of this research was using a puzzle and Pre-screening Children Development Questioner. The statistical test used wilcoxon test for the children development status before and after the intervention showed a significant value 0,000 pvalue smaller than 0,05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between puzzle stimulation to socialization and independence development. Abstract:This study aimed to describe the factors that affect the quality of life of patients with CRF who undergo hemodialysis in dr. M. Yunushospital in Bengkulu 2016. The population of study is 205 people, the sampling technique used was an accidental sampling with a sample of 67 respondents.The results showed nearly all respondents aged smaller than 20 and greather than 35 years, more than the majority of respondents were female, more than the majority of respondents had pretty income or more, almost half of respondents had high levels of depression, more than the majority of respondents had either the family support, more than the majority of respondents had a high quality of life, there was a correlation between age, gender, producer, depression, and family support with quality of life, there was a relationship between sex with the quality of life for CRF patients undergoing hemodialysis in dr. M. Yunus Hospital in Bengkulu 2016.It is advisable for the public to provide health education for families of patients with CRF who undergo hemodialysis therapy on the importance of family support in improving the quality of life of family members. Abstract:The purpose of this study was to to explore mothers experience in caring for preterm infants who had been treated in the NICU in Bengkulu. This study used a qualitative design with in depth interviews using open ended questions as a guide. The study was conducted in a patients home in a fairly comfortable space. The sample consisted of five mothers. Data were analyzed using Collaizi method. The results obtained are six themes, namely the mothers description of the characteristics of preterm infants, the cause of preterm birth, the mothers experience in preterm baby care at home, the support the mother receives in preterm infant care, mothers self-coping in the care of preterm infants and reactions mother during caring for preterm baby. The conclusion that can be taken is that mothers experience in caring for preterm baby who had been treated in NICU room of Bengkulu City should be able to pay attention to some obstacles or challenges that need to be considered during home treatment. In general, the mother is able to pass a period of sadness and grief in treating preterm infants or low birth weight. Keywords:Phenomenology, Mothers Experience,Preterm.

Abstract:The purpose of this research to know effect of health education with spiritual approach based video toward adherence fluid restriction or interdialysis weight gain of patients undergoing hemodialysis. This is a pre experimental onegroup pretest post test. Using total sampling method 22 patients. The mean of samples interdialysis weight gain total score after education was significantly decrease than before education p value 0.011. While proved there was significantly between the adherence fluid restriction patients undergoing hemodialysis will be increas after health education spiritual approach with video based controlled by family support p value 0, 047 while proved was no significantly between the ages of p value 0.364, education level alue 0.949 to interdialysis weight gain of patients undergoing hemodialysis. Health education with spiritual approach to improve adherence fluid restriction in patients undergoing hemodialysis, which is expected to implemented in order clinic especially patients who undergoing hemodialysis therapy who experienced non-compliance restrictions fluid.
