Abstract:The Study about Analysis of Nepenthes Hybrids in Taratak Hill, Pesisir Selatan Sumatera Barat by RAPD Technique had been conducted from May until November 2011. The study was done to prove natural hybrids of Nepenthes by RAPD technique and to determine the relationship of natural hybrids of Nepenthes with both parental. The research method is survey and observation. Isolation of DNA carried by CTAB method with modifications and amplification carried out by PCR. Hybrids and parental relationship was obtained from Jaccard similarity coefficient and displayed in a Dendogram (family tree) and PCO analysis to look genetic variation was processed with the program PAST 2.10. Proof of the natural hybrid N. ampullaria × N. mirabilis can be done by the RAPD technique using the primers OPA 15, OPK 16, OPK 19 and OPP 15. Natural hybrids between N. ampullaria × N. gracilis using the primers OPA 15, OPK 19 and OPP 15. The eighth of natural hybrids N. ampullaria × N. mirabilis were closer to N. mirabilis, while both natural hybrids N. ampullaria × N. gracilis closer to the N. Ampullaria.

Abstract:Fenthion an active compound contained in EC 500 lebaycid pesticides that are toxic. To reduce the level of toxicity will be degradation in sonolysis, ozonolysis and sonozolysis with the addition of TiO2-anatase. Degradation results in sonolysis, ozonolysis and sonozolysis measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometer at wavelength of 400-600 nm. From the research that has been made degradation result fenthion 6 mg/L in sonolysis without addition of catalyst of 37.5% and with the addition of TiO2-anatase catalyst obtained for 65.12% of degradation for 60 minutes. In ozonolysis at the same time obtained percent degradation of 39.77% without the addition of catalyst and 81% with the addition of TiO2-anatase catalyst. Percent degradation fenthion compound without the addition of TiO2-anatase catalyst after a 60-minute sonozolysis obtained at 91.7%.

Abstract:This research to identify the physics chemistry vegetation of water on the outskirts of the Siak in terms of quality of the siak river good chemically, physics and biology and the erosion on a cliff the siak good use cliff safety and still in the original condition. This research is descriptive condition of vegetation of the safety of the cliff on coasts of siak river. Data needed is the on the results water quality measurement both in terms of physics, chemical and biological the oxygen dissolved, CO2 free, pH water, the speed of the current of a river, the sample water for measurements total suspended solid and the measurement of temperature water and BOD5. Of precipitation data required to count the intensity of rain and to approximate discharge flood on the siak river that occurs , and data safety conditions cliff coasts of siak river.Then analyzed in order so as to produce data that can identify physics chemistry factors waters that affects vegetation herbs coasts of siak river. The result of physics chemistry research identified factors waters that affects vegetation plants and damage a retaining wall land on the outskirts of the siak river ( case study kecamatan tualang siak district there are fatty oil luminance an observation station and she sulphate high category that ranged 239,50-341,87 mg/L . Followed by the womb klhorida 14,0-24,4 mg/L , phospat 5,31-5,83 mg/L. Organic substances contained in these waters make the acceleration of damage a retaining wall land on the outskirts of the river with the increase the number of this chemical was every mg/L . With pH values within the range 6,1-6,8 in addition to the womb of copper and lead contained in the quality of water made the vegetation that dominated the study areas this is the family of lythraceae and combretaceae that the average is the type of mangrove need phospat high. In the high number of this type of vegetation dominated the outskirts of the river, causing the wall safety a cliff on the outskirts of the river destroyed by aerial roots spread.

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know the response of jabon seeds germination against combustion and ilumination. The design that is used is RAL with 2 factors in it. The first is from the duration of combustion and the second is from the illumination treatment. Based on the design, there are 10 combination of treatments and every treatment will be done 3 times so there will be 30 experiments for the total. The parameter that is observed is the duration of jabon seed germinating and the length of jabon’s root. The result of this research showed that the combustion factor, the illumination factor, and the interaction between combustion and illumination is mattered to the duration of jabon seed germinating. While the length of jabon’s root depends with the combustion factor and the illumination factor. The interaction between the duration of combustion and illumination will not affect the length of jabon’s root at all.

Abstract:One of the important processes of cocoa plants growing is pruning. It aims to eliminate sick, broken, or the appearance of water buds disturbing the cacao production. The period of pruning is varios. The various periods of pruning lead to leave wide waste of leaves, stems, and twigs. Yet the waste would not been used to other activities, only a small portion of the waste used as natural fuel (stems and twigs) and cocoa leaves waste as animal feed. Phytochemicals naturally present in every part of plants range from leaves, stem bark, fruits to roots. Secondary metabolites are natural products from plants which include alkaloid, flavonoid, steroid, terpenoid, sapponin compounds, etc. This study performed some phytochemical characterisations. It have confirmed that cacoa leaves consist some of bioactives compounds which are potential for furhter activities in pharmaceutical disease.
