Abstract:Human is a social creature who can not live alone, he needs to improve emotional and personality so he is able to adjust to the society or another human being. Adjustment is a person's ability to fit in, either with other people, his age, and also the demands of the community and himself. From the results of observations, it is known that student of Modern Islamic Boarding School Gontor for Girls have problems on their ability in adjusting known from the infringement in their dayly, things that can not possibly be done by someone who has the ability to adjust. The purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between maturity of personality and emotional maturity with adjustment. This research is quantitative research with 3 variables. The total population is student class six of Gontor for Girls, 636 Population with 191 sample, with Stratified Random Sampling. Its instrument is quetionair, while its analysis using a simple and multiple Correlation Product Moment. The results of this research show that there is a significant relationship between maturity of personality with adjustment i.e. 0.572 shows medium correlation; emotional maturity with adjustment i.e. 0.641 shows a strong correlation; maturity of the personality with emotional maturity i.e. 0.581 shows a medium correlation; personality and emotional maturity with adjustment i.e. 0.686 shows a strong correlation.

Abstract:Technological innovation has an important role in the learning process. People believe that audio-visual media will be able to motivate the students interested to attend classes with more enthusiastics. Learning situations with initially learning effort will be turned into learning with fun and enjoyable. Because of this advantage, the researcher purpose of this research to review an effectiveness of audio visual teaching media to motivate students class 2 KMI in Fiqh. This study was designed by non-experimental research. The population of this study were 291 students. This study uses a sample which consisting of 158 students counted by random sampling method which taken 5% for trial error. The instrument that been used are questionnaires to determine variable x and y. The data was analysed by product moment. Data analysis for validity test and reliability test was carried out using SPSS 17 for windows. To test the hypotheses that have been formulated by coefficient. Result for score at effectiveness of audio visual teaching media has a range between 37 to 43 average score of 41,3. And score at motivation aspect for Fiqh of of class 2 KMI has a range between 37 to 43 average score of 38. And effectiveness of audio visual teaching media used to motivate students class 2 KMI in Fiqh pointed out r count < r table (0,101< 0,156). Which means of analysis show that effectiveness of audio visual teaching media used to motivate students class 2 KMI in Fiqh learning is low effectiveness.

Abstract:The theory of multiple intelligences have the point of appeal among the other disciplines, because theory of multiple intelligences integrated traditional concept and reasoning to achieve goals in future. The variety of mutiple Intelligences likely: linguistic intelligence, logical-mathematic intelligence, visual intelligence, kinestetic body intelligence, musical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence and natural intelligence. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive, whether in the analysis using data collection, presentation of data and conclusion. Gontor always tries to develop its linguistic intelligences for fifth grade trough discussion, practice the speech and afternoon lesson. These activities develop capability to make sentences, capability to read and write by grammar, capability to write and read by systematically and logically, capability to speak in general public, and capibility to give opinions. Other Interpersonal Intelligences development for fifth grade are Student Organization and discussion. These activities develop capability to resolve problems, capability to socialization, and leadership. Finally the Intrapersonal Intelligences development includes art exhibition, branch management, discussion and basic leader course. These activities develop capability to regulate emotions, capability to understand persons, capability to socialization, capability to resolve problems, capability to place ourself, capability to manage time, capability to independence and leadership.

Abstract:Spreading religious educational message was Islamic mission to overspread the kindness in this modern era. In the modern era the communication of technology and information would be owned by everyone. We are as muslim, we can put the islamic values in the communication technology and information. And one of medium did the people like is the music, because the music has the fervency and harmony. it could make influenced the listeners by emotional through the lyric. One of the popular music in this era is “Despacito”. Originally, this Spanish song has the uneducation purpose, and Gen Halilintar had changed the lyric by Islamic values be source of Al-Qur’an and Hadits. The purpose of this research is to know the religious educational message and to know the Islamic values in Despacito lyric by Gen Halilintar. The analysis method that used in this research was semiotic analysis by Roland Barthes, because the researcher used more text and the analysed by the sign and signed with connotation and denotation form by sourcing Al-Qur’an and Hadits. The output from this process of writing is we get three main of Religious Educational Message there are The faith, Islamic law and the morals.

Abstract:One of the most important aspects in a nation is the aspect of education that had been applied. The progress of a nation's resignation is largely determined by the advance of education in that country. Therefore, education must be managed properly to achieve the goal of education that have been aspired. As a country with a predominantly Muslim population, Indonesia should pay special attention to the Islamic educational system as the needs of its community. The purpose of this paper is to discuss about the purpose of education in Indonesia in the perspective of Islam. This paper is written using the literature review method by analyzing a problem based on the relevant literature. After examining several things, such as educational objectives in general, the purpose of education in Islam and the objectives of Islamic education in Indonesia, then obtained the formulation of Islamic education objectives in Indonesia. The research analysis shows that the purpose of education in Indonesia in the Islamic perspective can be seen from several aspects, namely first, making the element of Tawheed as the main goal. Second, make noble character as the fruit of faith and taqwa to God Almighty. And thirdly, it has an element of balance between the purpose of life in the world and in the Hereafter and not only attaches importance to one element.

Abstract:This study is aimed at describing the implementation of Information Gap teaching technique, describing whether or not Information Gap technique improves the students’ speaking ability and describing the students’ response on Information Gap teaching technique in teaching speaking. The study was implemented in MTs Al Muhajirin at the second grade, using action research. The researcher took 40 students as the subject of the research. The researcher teaches speaking English using Information Gap method. To find the results, the researcher got the information from the students’ answers on oral test in the form of pre-test and post-test. The result of the research using information gap shows that, the researcher used the CAR (Class Action Research) principle to collect the data. The study consist of two cycles with each cycle consist of four elements. By implementing Information Gap technique in teaching speaking, the students have chance to be active and cooperative in teaching speaking. The mean of pre-test is 68,7, post-test is 71,6 and the improvement result of the implementation is 2,9. The students’ responses are positive. Most of the students said that they great this technique. They could easily learn English speaking. The students admitted that their speaking was improved.

Abstract:This research is aimed to know the method of University of Darussalam Gontor to develop student’s soft skill and to know the factors that support and hinder the development of soft skills of students methods Unida Gontor Mantingan. This research included in the qualitative study with extending the data collected as scope for this study and field for this research (field research).The characteristic from the study more closer toward on study cases, because the object of its research, UNIDA students in the Business Management Faculty on Management Program in Mantingan Campus. Data collected by using a documentation technique, observation and interview. All the data that has been collected by regulated techniques, tried to sorted, grouped and categorized so that it can be found the theme in accordance with the development soft skills methode for UNIDA students. Based on the results of the researchers analyses concluded that method which are applied in soft skills development on unida students is briefing, the assignment, training, habituation, exemplary, escort and humanity. with the humanity approach, program and idialisme. So the students ready to face life in communities. While the supporting factors, is independence, a strong leadership, environmentalists who support advisory, and infrastructure and their partnership with various institutions. The resistor factors including the lack of awareness of some students of the importance activities held by UNIDA which is in the classroom, dormitory and society.

Abstract:Pesantren is the traditional Islamic education system and the oldest non-formal institution in Indonesia. In order to its role, this boarding school has many contributions in the strengthening of education culture, specifically in building and concerning the identity of Islam. Some scholar proved the important role of Pesantren in transferring Islamic knowledge, strengthening people’s religious loyalty to Islamic principles. In addition, Pesantren has two roles: teaches religion knowledge and encourage it’s student or santri to develop globally. All of thus cannot be separated from the Kyai role as an owner and a leader to manage its community. As an official subject, leadership practice of Kyai seems to be high expected to inculcate education. Kyai in Pesantren plays many roles such as educator and caregiver, society connector, leader, and manager of the Pesantren. This paper aims to find the role of Kyai in Pesantren as the leader in managing an educational system inside it. By using the literature research, the writer found that Kyai's leadership as a symbol and strength in building values. Santri character, actually not only dealing with the process of education, but also for every santri have a duty as a successor and educator in the future, the spreader mission Islamic da’wa that eventually became the guard and fortress of the ummah. The sustainability and its existence of Pesantren are on Kyai as the leader, main holder, policymaker, especially in the sphere of education and educating society.

Abstract:This article discusses that contemporary pesantren education, not only changes the socio-cultural base and knowledge of santri, but also affects Muslims as a whole. Therefore, major changes made by kyai to pesantren institutions today are not an alternative choice that is crossed the road, but is an accumulation of the values of life of pesantren whose history, without leaving the soul of sincerity or typical traditions. The impact of the transformation of pesantren on the inculcation of the spirit of sincerity in pesantren has shifted. This type of research is field research. That is using the object of research as a source of data acquisition or information. This study found that the impact of the transformation of pesantren on the inculcation of the soul of sincerity in pesantren has shifted. currently pesantren in bengkulu province began to shift in modern cultures are synonymous with luxury and consumptive. Pesantren in instilling Five Spirit (ruh) need to be open and flexible to the demands and developments of world, but still provide filter for its basic value do not fade (Islamic value). Pesantren does not only transform the outside (purpose, curriculum, method, management system and management of pesantren) but also need to wisely transform the depth as well (sincere values in pesantren).

Abstract:The rules of conduct for teachers is one of the important elements in Islamic education. It is closely associated with the effort to the realization of a quality education and an effective teaching. This article presents the personal domain in this topic as elaborated by Imam Abū Ḥanīfah in his educational treatises, namely al-‘Ālim wa al-Muta‘allim, Waṣiyyah Abī Ḥanīfah li Abī Yūsuf, Waṣiyyah Abū Ḥanīfah li Ibnihi Ḥammād, and Waṣiyyah Abū Ḥanīfah ilā Tilmīdhihi Yūsuf bin Khālid al-Samtī al-Baṣrī. The authors found that there are seven elements in personal domain suggested by Abū Ḥanīfah in his educational treatises. These elements namely, sincerely in learning and teaching; pay attention in improving the deeds of taqwa, worship, fasting and reciting al-Quran; plan wisely in managing time, avoiding less important matters, optimizing learning, and self-esteem; being aware of God's attention, feeling the sufficiency of His gift, living in khauf (fear) and rajā '(hopefully) and kind thoughts about Him; keeping dignity and acting as a teacher by doing good things and be modest in every business; avoid bad and vain actions and always be enthusiastic in performing a job as a teacher. These elements are very important in teachers’ profession. This study is also intended to reveal this topic based on Islamic scholar thought in order to formulate the professional code of ethics for Islamic teachers and to solve ethical problems nowadays.
