Abstract:
Since President Soekarno's election in 1957, there has been discussion about relocating the capital city. Several factors contributed to the change in the capital city, and East Kalimantan was chosen as the new capital city because it met several criteria. The Ministry of State Secretariat is one of the Ministries that became a partner in relocating the Capital City. Socialization will occur regarding the scheme or design for the transfer of employees from the Ministry of State Secretariat. This study aimed to determine how Perceived Organizational Support (POS) affected Affective Organizational Commitment (AOC) in civil servants at the Ministry of State Secretariat. The research used quantitative approach and a cross-sectional study design. This study's sample size was 160 civil servants from the Ministry of State Secretariat. Simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data in this study. The results show that perceived organizational support positively and significantly affects affective organizational commitment. The regression analysis test yielded a regression coefficient value of 0.726. The R Square value of 0.465 indicates that the perceived organizational support variables can explain 46,5% of the affective organizational commitment variable, while other variables explain the rest. Human resource practitioners in the Ministry of State Secretariat should strengthen perceived organizational support and affective organizational commitment.

Abstract:
Mathematics learning about three dimensions has difficulties in solving learning, for that it requires a fixed learning method, one of which is problem-based learning. This study aims to understand and solve mathematics learning problems about the third dimension with the problem-based learning method. The samples taken were class XII IPA 4 in the 2019/2020 academic year as many as 25 students. The instrument used is a written test with 5 assessments. It is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) on mathematics learning problems about three dimensions in class XII IPA-4 Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 academic year at SMA N (Public Senior High School) 9 Cirebon City. The data collection techniques conducted were observation, interviews, data processing, and documentation. The results of the research from the initial study data obtained that from the number of students 25 students only 9 students who have a complete score and the rest, namely 16 students do not get a complete score, with a total student score of only 1702 and an average of 68.08 and gets a percentage of completeness 36%. Then improvements were made in two cycles, in the first cycle with two assessments, in the first cycle it produced an average score of 74.92 and the percentage of completeness was 56%. While in Cycle II, the average score was 78.64 and the percentage of completeness was 80.77%, thus the percentage of completeness from Pre Cycle I, Cycle I, and Cycle II increased.

Abstract:
One of the professions with a significant risk of burnout is nursing. As a result of constantly having to regulate their emotions when interacting with patients, nurses have a higher emotional threshold. Physical fatigue, a lack of job satisfaction, and subpar performance can all be caused by emotional exhaustion. Burnout was found to have a detrimental impact on nurse loyalty and service quality. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of grit in reducing job burnout among secondary hospital nurses in Depok, West Java Province, Indonesia. Cross-sectional design, a quantitative approach, was utilized in this study. The study's participants were all the medical staff members employed by three secondary hospitals in Depok City, West Java, Indonesia. This study included 150 nurses from three hospitals as samples. Simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that grit has a negative and significant impact on job burnout. With a R Square of 0.190, it is clear that other variables account for the remaining 89% of the job burnout variable, leaving only 19% to be explained by grit. Hospitals should analyze their nurses' workloads and create a work culture of mutual support. Nurses should set career goals and continue to learn new skills.

Abstract:
Social media in this day and age, developed not only for communication between users. Instagram, for example, is one of the social media where users can express themselves through pictures and short videos. Instagram is also a social media where users can find new professions that we can call influencers or beauty influencers. In this research, it will be proven that women Instagram users will be trapped in what is called self-racism, a situation that always makes someone dislike themselves so much and try to be someone they idolize on Instagram. This research was conducted on 4 female informants who are different in terms of ethnicity, these ethnicities include Arab, Batak, Chinese and Papuan ethnicities and these ethnicities can be regarded as a large ethnicity in Indonesia. This research was also carried out using qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach and also using analytical theory from Jean Paul Baudrillard. Women who use Instagram will be racist to themselves by dressing in style, applying makeup in a similar way, and even altering their bodies to make them thinner in order to resemble their idols on social media.

Abstract:
Indonesia has various sources of graphite in large quantities. One of them is palm oil waste. Palm oil is a horticultural crop that acts as the largest non-oil and gas foreign exchange contributor in Indonesia. This study aims to synthesize graphite from oil palm trunks with a catalyst through the pyrolysis method. This is an experimental research which eventually generated qualitative data to be analyzed. Oil palm trunks are dried in the sun, then crushed into powder with a grinder and sieved to 200 mesh. Graphite was synthesized using a carbonization step at 500°C. Impregnation using 3M ferric chloride (FeCl3), with a concentration variation of 10% and 30%. Further activation at a temperature of 900°C for 3 hours. The results synthesis of graphite powder were washed with hydrochloric acid (HCl) and distilled water repeatedly to obtain relatively pure graphite. Graphite characterization includes Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR). The results of FTIR analysis showed that graphite contains functional groups O–H, C–H, C–O, C?C, and C=C.

Abstract:
In 21st-century learning, students must have access to communication, collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving, dan creativity, and innovation, including elementary students. Tynker is a platform for learning programming for kids that teaches them game design, web design, animation, and robotics. The study aimed to develop English teaching material based on the Tynker program to improve the vocabularies of fourth-grade elementary students. The subject of the study was 20 students in fourth grade in Zia Salsabila Private School. The researchers used Research and Development design in this study. The techniques of collecting data were observation, interview, and questionnaire. Furthermore, the researchers analyzed the data using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result of the study showed that English teaching material based on the Tynker program improved students' motivation for vocabulary learning. Tynker-based teaching resources can be an alternate learning tool for fourth-grade elementary school pupils, particularly for developing vocabulary. The Tynker Program can help as a tool for learning English, but the researchers recommend using it with the proper learning resources. The teacher can download the Tynker program and develop their lesson plans using some of Tynker's topics. The teacher can use Tynker to give students resources for learning English and assist them in subjects where they feel learning English is difficult or dull.
